Authoritarian Democracy is the philosophy of a democratically-elected government which restricts civil liberties. Liberal autocracy is its opposite; that is, it believes in civil liberties but not a democratically-elected government. I could rename this if the term "liberal" is interpreted to have a more economic than social meaning, as this is not the idea.
