The Federal Party of Benvaska is a center-left to center-authoritarian political party. It is the largest party in Benvaska[1]. Its president is Ernest Lavalier, the revolutionary who led the 1796 Revolution and killed King Carlos Kenneth Chudwell[2].
The Federal Party is considered a nationalist, revolutionary, paternalistic conservative, progressive conservative, welfare-oriented, anti-reactionary, and anti-capitalist party based on the principles of the Enlightenment.
The Federal Party promotes the idea of popular power and ochlocracy, making it a populist and ochlocratic party.
The Federal Party began in 1789 as an underground group that started protesting during the regime of Carlos Kenneth Chudwell. In 1790, they achieved their first goal: turning the monarchy into a constitutional monarchy. This improved things, but by 1792, there was a shortage of food and other issues, leading to a massive protest in 1794. Carlos Kenneth Chudwell did not yield and returned to absolute monarchy.
Then, in 1796, a revolution against Carlos Kenneth Chudwell occurred at three in the morning. Ernest Lavalier shot him in the stomach as he left the bar, causing Carlos Kenneth Chudwell's death a day later.
