Dwarfocracy is a joke ideology that believes the shortest person in a country should rule.

Personality

Dwarfocracy is extremely short, with a measly height of only 1 inch tall. Dwarfocracy loves playing limbo, as you have to either be extremely short or extremely flexible to win. Dwarfocracy is the enemy of Giantocracy.

How to Draw

  1. Draw a tiny circle
  2. Divide the circle into 3 vertical sections
  3. Fill the left and right sections with orange
  4. Draw the number 5 in the middle section (for the joke that anyone under 6 feet is short)
  5. Add the eyes and you are done!
