Sesselía Heiðbergsdóttir is a 
North German diplomat and the current ambassador to 
Iceland.
German-born, she is of Icelandic descent and has been giving Icelandic citizenship by the government of Iceland for her diplomatic service and "racial purity", this makes her one of the only people in North Germany to have dual citizenship.
