Once a Xaoist state is formed, and has taken control of primary state functions, their should be one leader at the top, known as the “Grand Commander”. This person should be someone who was of high authority in the revolution, and has a military background, they should also be a popular individual, an icon to many. While the “Grand Commander” is on the top officially, they have little power in practice, more acting as figurehead for the people, and the government at large. The next rank down is the “Sergeant Officers” which are a part of the “Grand People’s House”. The “Sergeant Officers” hold most of the legislative and executive functions in the government. Some functions they perform include, but are not limited to: Making new laws, Zoning new districts, Ridding of old laws, Declarations of war and peace, Trade embargoes and agreements, etc.

Comrade Xao Thought is an AuthLeft ideology, based in the philosophy of Comrade Xao, that the best way to insure an equal society, is through a strong Justice Department.

Once a Xaoist state is formed, and has taken control of primary state functions, their should be one leader at the top, known as the “Grand Commander”. This person should be someone who was of high authority in the revolution, and has a military background, they should also be a popular individual, an icon to many.
