It is nationalistic for the Mediterranean European people, of whom could be referred to as the Romans, and is a white patriot, however not a white nationalist as he believes that would only lead to internationalism. It believes that eugenics are a tool of mercy and are useful in the pursuit of a better society. It believes in racial (and ethnic, somewhat) segregation.
