In addition to the problems cited by other anarchists, Anarcho-Transhumanists see numerous conflicts between intellectual property and an individual's self-determination that arise from emerging technologies. The presence of software or hardware components that are considered the intellectual property of others in a prosthetic device, in effect, means the partial ownership of one's body by another.

Anarcho-Transhumanism, shortened to AnH+, is a culturally varied but usually progressive and economically varied Anarchist ideology which is stemmed from Anarcho-Individualism.
He believes that advancement of technology to a transhumanist point and reduction of state authority are complimentary notions and therefore to achieve singularity the state must be abolished.
