Plutocracy is a form of government that is lead by the rich and wealthy. Unlike other ideologies such as Democracy, Fascism, or Liberalism, Plutocracy doesn't seem to have any unironic, established theory for it, similarly to Kakistocracy.

History

Despite this however, it has been systems similar to Plutocracy has been practiced in some instances, such as the Roman Empire to more modern examples, such as London, or the United States, according to some critics.

How to Draw

The colors of this ball is referenced after the colors of the US dollar bill

  1. Draw a ball
  2. Fill it with grayish-green color (#d4d4cc)
  3. Draw a greener circle in it (#93b2a0)
  4. Draw a dollar sign inside the circle with a lighter shade of green (#a9d3bd)
