The Social State
I, Inspired by the social policies implemented by Juan Domingo Perón in Argentina and Gamal Abdel Nasser in Egypt, seek to establish a series of laws focused on social justice, protection, and social rights for all the citizens of the nation. This list includes some of these:
- Social Justice - Measures will be implemented to promote social justice, meaning equality of opportunity regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, etc., for all citizens of the nation. It should be noted that this does not mean that the state will support "lazy people" with social plans (as claimed by followers of Milei); these plans will bring equality of opportunity, but if one does not take advantage of them, they lose them.
- Social Justice (2) - Measures will be taken to combat discrimination in the workplace and to promote social and economic inclusion. We are all human beings and generally have more or less the same capacities.
- Equality Before the Law - All citizens will be equal before the law, regardless of any of the previously mentioned factors.
- Freedoms - All citizens will have the freedom to identify as they wish, live where they wish, and do what they wish as long as it is within the framework of the law. All religions will be accepted and respected in the homeland, and they will be allowed to establish their own places of worship, but no citizen may use this as an excuse to avoid performing duties or bypass laws.
- Crime - A citizen has rights and obligations. The misuse of freedom, failing to meet one's social obligations, causing disorder, and negatively affecting or killing others is a crime. Depending on the severity of the crime, a punishment (always within human rights) will be applied, ranging from small fines to life imprisonment. Prisons will always be regulated to prevent violations of basic human rights.
- Social Security - A social security system will be implemented, which will include pensions, retirement benefits, disability benefits, pregnancy protection, medical coverage, etc.
- Education - Free, high-quality primary, secondary, and university education will be implemented in schools that meet all health requirements according to the WHO.
- Medical Coverage - A free and universal healthcare system will be implemented for all citizens of the homeland.
- Unions - The growth and strengthening of unions will be encouraged so they can defend workers' rights. Their participation in politics and decision-making will also be encouraged.
- Wage Increases - Measures will be implemented to increase the minimum wages so that they allow workers to maintain a dignified life.
- 8-Hour Workday - A maximum 8-hour workday will be implemented. In addition, efforts will be made to establish the 4-day workweek, which has proven to be very effective in the countries where it was implemented.
- Workplace Safety and Health - Strong regulations will be implemented to improve safety and health conditions in the workplace, reducing accidents and maintaining a safe environment for workers.
- Protections Against Dismissal - Laws will be implemented to protect workers from unjustified dismissals.
- Paid Vacations - All workers will have the right to paid vacations.
- Housing - All citizens will have the right to free housing. Soviet-style apartment blocks will be built for all the homeless people in the nation.
Citizens and Immigration
I recognize as citizens all those who have legally applied for and obtained citizenship after undergoing a not overly demanding training and a background check. Immigration and assimilation will be encouraged.
All citizens, regardless of sexuality, religion, ethnicity, etc., will have the same rights and will be seen equally before the law.
The nation will always be willing to accept political or war refugees, as long as they fulfill the same obligations as the rest of the nation's inhabitants.
