Itapism is the political ideology of Itapi. Some of his major influences are from both Georges Sorel and Georges Valois. Itapism agrees with Georges Valois on his criticism of Fascism. Especially with his disagreements with class collaboration and them abandoning class warfare all together. Itapism sees fascism as a betrayal of Sorelian ideas and it sees Fascism as nothing more than a watered down version of national syndicalism that cannot overcome liberalism in the long run. Itapism also views Left-wing national syndicalism as the only legitimate version of national syndicalism . Itapism isn't anti-communist and pragmatically will work with certain communists .Itapism also disagrees with the anti-communist sentiments because of fascists soured relations historically with the USSR and this caused tensions with other communists and socialist organizations and it ultimately made the fascist and third positionist movement weaker. Also because of diplomatic isolation it pressured them to work with falsifiers
