Ochlocracy, also called Mob Rule, is the ideology representing Off-Compass Democracy.

Ochlocracy believes that democracy and majoritarianism should be enforced through extreme violence. Ochlocracy also believes that literally any action is okay if it's done by the majority in any scenario, including assault, theft, sexual assault and murder.

History

The term "Ochlocracy" was originally coined by the Greek historian Polybius to describe corrupted version of popular rule. The distinction between noble and corrupted versions of governmental systems was a common theme within Greek political philosophy, aligning Ochlocracy with Autocracy and Oligarchy and against Monarchism, Aristocracy and Democracy/Republicanism .

Personality and Behaviour

Ochlocracy is usually very angry, and will often gang up on other people. Sometimes he doesn't even know why.

How to Draw

The design of ochlocracy is a blue circle with a white pitchfork design on a white background. The pitchfork design is present, as many depictions of angry mobs features people with pitchforks.

Draw a ball,
In the centre, draw a blue circle,
Draw a white pitchfork inside the circle, coming up from the bottom of the circle,
Draw the eyes, and you're done!
(Optional) Colour the eyes red.

Oligarchy & Noocracy - The opposites of a mob controlled society. Cringe.
Kleptocracy - This is not what we meant by "mob rule".

Kraterocracy - We'll fight you!
Aristocracy - The mob destroyed you!
Monarchism - We own the country not you!
