it's clear to me that with a more democratic economic system, lack of elitist wealth centralization, much better utilization of private property, and significantly fairer markets and regulations, distributism easily outclasses(no pun intended)capitalism alongside most of it's forms(yes, even welfare capitalism) in almost(if not)all aspects, goes to show that capitalism is too decadent of a system nowadays and that there are better alternatives - {{UserDNY}}

I see Distributism as the free market ideology that outclasses capitalism in every way possible, and more so as a great alternative for countries where socialism in general has a bad rep. Distributism calls for a co-op based economy and worker owned organizations, in addition to how one should own their own property and property being able to all citizens. In addition their support for credit unions/mutual banks is also based, as is strong trust busting, and I’m not against employers existing as a whole, provided that they democratize their workplaces, and in addition while co-ops are ideal I also believe that all workers should be self reliant in the event of the co-op breaking up or anything else that’s bad happening to it. - {{UserGeneralGanyu}}
