Hai! :D Due to issues in regards to accessing my main account, I will be using this alt account until I am able to access my main account again.

Brief Summary of my Beliefs

After actually taking the time to read philosophical and political literature and discovering more about myself, I have decided to refrain from creating yet another self-insert, at least for now, until I am at least slightly more confident in my level of political/philosophical literacy. Instead, I will articulate my various thoughts on random political shit here :3
Don’t expect this to be very detailed or whatever, this is (at least somewhat) more like a brief expression of my thoughts on various shit than a manifesto/essay.

Economics

  • The market is to be heavily deregulated in order to ensure that its competitive and highly adaptable nature can be fully guaranteed.
  • Abolish the fed.
  • I am philosophically opposed to taxation in its entirety, but I recognize that it is somewhat necessary for the state to be able to do the bare minimum in order to maintain stability, so the best option is a really low flat tax.

Cultural Beliefs

  • Keeping this here because I still mostly agree with it, but I hope to rewrite this point soon enough. It is plainly obvious that some cultures can simply never co-exist peacefully due to their drastically different cultural and religious values. Throughout history, this observation unfortunately becomes all too obvious as we see many multicultural societies either decay into degeneracy and become plagued with crime (just look at the relatively recent refugee crisis that swept Europe, for example, and how crime rates and violence has skyrocketed in countries such as France and Sweden that accepted them. It doesn’t take a genius to see how the traditionally Western ideas of egalitarianism and tolerance of opinion are irreconcilable with fundamentalist Islam) or just outright dissolve into civil war (see Yugoslavia, South Sudan, etc). Even countries where different cultures have successfully managed to co-exist still lack a true sense of a unified identity and nation. Therefore, the best way for a nation to maintain its sovereignty is to cherish and protect its culture from foreign influence and/or decay.
  • In terms of my religious beliefs, I am an agnostic. I believe that a God exists, but I do not entirely agree with the teachings/practices of Christianity or any other religion. When it comes to the role in religion in government, the state should be entirely secular and religious freedom should be entirely guaranteed.
  • The individual is important. Only you can decide what you can do with your body and your property—no state should be able to violate your innate sense of autonomy. Therefore, I support both soft and hard drug legalization for everyone 18 years or older, as adults should be solely responsible for what they decide to put in their bodies, even if it is immoral. However, I do not believe that this logic applies to abortion, as I believe that life begins at conception and therefore abortion is equivalent to infanticide. I do however recognize that measures to prohibit abortion are often ineffective, and there are also valid reasons as to why one would not want to give birth (such as with incest, severe disability of the fetus, rape, and child pregnancy), so abortion would be allowed up until after the first semester, although there will be exceptions in place.
  • I believe that two consenting adults should be able to do whatever they would like, and I also believe there is nothing necessarily immoral about same-sex relations, so therefore I support the recognition of same-sex marriage.
  • I am in favor of transgender rights. While biological sex exists and cannot be changed, I believe that gender doesn’t necessarily have to be rigid. If someone who is born male decides that she is a woman, starts actively presenting like a woman, and changing her body so that it closely resembles that of a woman, and she actively enjoys being a woman, who is one to tell her otherwise? On what grounds, then, does one have to assert that this hypothetical person is a man if she becomes practically indistinguishable to that of a woman in all but chromosomes, a womb, and a letter on a birth certificate? Even if we take the position that gender is something you cannot change, harassing and being intolerant towards trans people does nothing—in fact, it only makes trans people even more likely to join that 41% of people that transphobes like to harp on about so much. The only effective way to relieve gender dysphoria is to transition—and until we find a more effective (and hopefully humane) way to alleviate gender dysphoria, the only way to help trans people is to accept them for who they are.
  • I believe that people should be able to express themselves in any way that they would like to. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with someone expressing themselves in ways that might seemingly conflict with what is considered “typical behavior” for the gender they identify as. Additionally, I believe that, while gender certainly does and should exist as a concept, there can be a lot of flexibility in how someone chooses to express their gender identity. Therefore, I am willing to recognize transgender and even some non-binary identities (such as being genderfluid) as valid ways of expressing your gender. However, I believe that some gender identities (such as being “bigender“ or “xenogender”) should not be recognized as they are quite simply nonsensical and illogical ways of expressing one’s gender identity.
  • We should generally retvrn to an agrarian society to reconnect with nature and the ways of our ancestors. Technology is not inherently bad, however, and many technologies have been greatly beneficial to human existence.
  • Race is mostly bullshit and many supposed differences that racists use to “demonstrate” the supremacy of the white race can easily be explained by factors such as lack of access to education and cultural differences. It is undeniable that there are some physical differences between races, however.

Civics

  • The ideal government is to be organized as a confederation under a representative democracy. The power of the national government is to be massively curbed in favor of the powers of its subdivisions, which should include the right to draft their own legislation, decide their own foreign policy, be represented in the national government, and even secede if decided by a majority vote, although they can join back again by yet another simple majority.
  • Anyone who is at least 18 years old, not been convicted of a violent offense, and who has not been declared mentally insane can vote.

Foreign Policy

  • total standing army death
  • Countries have no need to get involved and violate the sovereignty of others. An isolationist foreign policy is ideal.
