The Principles of Fenrirism

- Immediately stop the mass immigration. Establish strong borders and uphold the policy of turning back the boats. All illegal migrants are to be returned to their respective countries of origin or neighbouring regions in the most humane way possible.

- Establish a powerful government with a strong oversight by the people. Positions of leadership will be awarded based on competence, and the first and foremost goal of the government will be to work for the good of the people and for their preservation. The right to freedom of speech will be extensive and protected.

- Our mass media will be owned by citizens of the Nation. Both foreign and domestic media acting in a manner hostile to the Australian people will have the possibility of being banned. The domination of media by any individual or conglomeration must be corrected.

- Create a modern society living in harmony with the laws of nature. Our animal protection laws will be developed with an emphasis on ethics as opposed to profits. Nature and all its resources will be utilised using common sense and with future generations in mind. Right of public access will be preserved and protected.

- Establish a Social Nationalist society where resources are distributed in such a way that benefits all people, both strong and weak, and where everybody has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential. A social welfare safety net shall be put in place, entrusting people with both rights and obligations. The state will control all fundamental infrastructure of public interest, as controlling them would require a level of responsibility greater than what a private company can reliably deliver. A spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation will be encouraged.

- Reinstate national compulsory military service and increase and expand all branches of the armed forces. All those who have completed their military service will retain their weapons and equipment. Every citizen should be able to contribute to the defence of the nation against both external and domestic threats.

- Establish a constitutional state where all citizens are equal in the eyes of the law. Educated lawyers will judge in our courts. A People’s Court (jury style court) will be created for trying serious cases of treason against the people.

The Creed of Fenrirism

A Prosperous Commonwealth where the right to private property shall be upheld and can make a profit from property within the confines of justice and the law, and Australian citizens may freely engage in trade, economic competition and business.

A cooperative commonwealth where all citizens shall contribute their labour in return for a share of the Nation’s wealth and access to public housing, healthcare, education, social welfare and other essential services.

A Moral commonwealth where families can prosper in addiction free environments.

A safe commonwealth where crime is punished, and justice is served to protect the vulnerable and innocent.

An Egalitarian commonwealth which shall treat all citizens as equal regardless of their gender, religion, skin colour, ethnicity, sexual orientation .

A bountiful commonwealth, where the state shall provide education, healthcare, housing and other essential services.

A Just Commonwealth where the law shall be applied without fear or favour and all citizens shall be guaranteed their legal and political rights.

A Sustainable Commonwealth which shall act as a guardian of Australia’s natural environment, protecting and managing it for the benefit of future generations.

A nationalist Commonwealth which shall oppose imperialism, promote mutually beneficial fair trade and defend our borders along with our territorial integrity with our military and border force acting as stalwart shields of our Dominion covering lands, skies, and air from the torres straits to Tasmania, from Cocos Islands to Norfolk island, from Dirk Hartog Island to Cape Byron.

An honourable commonwealth which shall eliminate the corruption, nepotism  and waste of the status quo, replacing them with honesty and efficiency in all aspects of public life.

Overview

Economics

Fenrirism believes in a mixed market economy with strong oversight of a central state. Fenrirism advocates for small businesses, the retaining of capitalism as the mode of production as opposed to communism and a strong welfare state that ensures the less fortunate have a safety net to run back to.

Healthcare

Healthcare is a human right and must not be a matter of profit, as such, I support universal healthcare, Free healthcare would be provided for all citizens and permanent residents of the nation. However such provisions are only reserved for Australian citizens, non citizens and non permanent residents will not enjoy free healthcare provided and covered by the Australian government. Healthcare should not be run for profit. Medical, pharmaceutical and associated research should not be privately owned or operated on a for-profit basis. Our health is influenced by social, cultural, political, economic and environmental factors. Healthcare must be preventive, holistic and underpinned by an understanding of the social context affecting presentations of ill-health. For profit hospitals must be put under public hands that shall run on a non profit and with the health of Australians in mind. Fully fund at-home care where medically appropriate and beneficial to the patient’s wellbeing. Ensure the construction of new healthcare facilities. Expand the community health sector, to ensure free access for the following:

• State funded, bulk-billing GPs clinics.
• Dental care.
• Allied health services, including medical imaging, pathology, etc.
• Mental health services.
• Optometry.
• Vaccinations and vaccination education programs.
• Social supports including legal assistance and financial counselling.
• Health promotion and community outreach.

Welfare

I support welfare, and believe that all citizens should receive welfare to have a chance to succeed in life, in addition to how there will be social programs used to develop and improve the nation’s infrastructure and wealth, as well as to fund the needs of all citizens and ensure their wellbeing, to ensure no Australian starves or sleep rough, every Australia has every right to have a share in the nation's wealth and their needs covered. Youths, the unemployed, the low income earner, the carer, those who have familial obligations and older Australians have a right to welfare that will ensure their needs are met. Welfare is to be reserved for Australian citizens only. - The Federal Government should guarantee an unconditional livable income, complemented by the provision of universal social services, that is sufficient to live a good life regardless of whether people are also employed in paid work. Social services such as health, education and social care, should be available through universal access to high-quality public and community services. Unemployment benefits, pensions and other government allowances should enable everyone to live with dignity, provide an adequate income and be structured to avoid poverty traps, to ensure those who have suffered from losses can have a safety net provided by the public service to ensure they do not starve or be left out to the streets.

Employment

I support a jobs guarantee, what is a jobs guarantee or JG? A jobs guarantee is is an unconditional offer of a full-time, minimum wage job from the government to all Australian citizens. This ensures that every Australian is put to work with a good wage they can live off. Society dictates that the basic necessities of life such as food and shelter cost money. It asks that people work for money, and as such it has a moral obligation to ensure that a job is always available. The private sector will rarely provide enough jobs for everyone. Therefore it is the responsibility of the government to provide its citizens with an employer of last resort, and the most effective way of doing that is by providing a job guarantee.

People with disabilities

- ensure mainstream community services and facilities will be inclusive and accessible to people with disability and their families. Accessibility improvements to the transport system and more accessibility to ensure they can participate in public life like anyone else. Facilitate the collaboration between people with disability, their families, advocacy groups, the workforce, unions and service providers is essential to the provision of high quality support services that enable people with disability to achieve their goals to participate fully in our society. The Disability Support Pension and Carer Payment should remain an essential part of our social safety net for people who need it. will ensure these payments are properly paid to ensure their expenses of living are fully covered.

Education

Education is a right for all citizens, from early childhood to higher education like university and trade school, education should be provided by the state for the people free of charge. Governments have a responsibility to provide high-quality and comprehensive public education for all. State education from early childhood to secondary school must be free and subsidised by the government. Funding to schools should be on the basis of need. Schools should also teach necessary skills. Students must learn to be decisive, responsible and strong willed with a great understanding of nature and its laws. At a very early age, television and computers make up increasingly larger parts of people’s leisure time. Schools must counteract this by providing more time for physical education, outdoor activities and field studies. Students from primary school should learn how to defend themselves, handle a rifle, assemble and disassemble a weapon and basic marksmanship, this is to develop skills necessary for national service when called upon to defend the nation against outside threats. Ensure the state government fund all schooling costs – including excursions, buildings, maintenance, devices and uniforms. Ensure our teachers are paid well and ensure they have the needed authority to ensure order and peace in the classrooms. Universities provide a public good and should not be privately owned, market-oriented or run on a for-profit basis. Access to higher education is a social right. Both TAFE [Trade schools] and universities should be free for Australian citizens. Ensure proper funding for both university and TAFE along with ensuring adequate funding for research institutions. The federal government cancel all outstanding student debts. Build high-quality, not-for-profit student housing near campuses.

Australian Industry

Australian industry must be revitalised and at the same time take into consideration of environmental impacts and worker's rights. rebuild, modernise and diversify Australian manufacturing with an active approach to government programs, collaboration with industry, unions and institutions at the sectoral level, and supporting industrial development. Utilise various means to ensure a more robust future for local manufacturing. These measures shall include, however not limited to, ensuring a smooth transition to modern and cleaner forms of energy to deliver affordable, reliable, and cleaner energy to Australian industry, while also recognising the special requirements for heavy industry. Ensure world-class training for workers in the manufacturing industry through enhanced funding for TAFE and universities and supporting intervention that shall grow our domestic supply chains that shall assist local businesses and corporations. It is imperative for the Commonwealth to foster a healthy and cohesive collaboration between industry, unions and research institutions supported by government funding and efforts. Promote the "Buy Australian" initiatives, our products shall be known for their superior quality and longevity. Forbid any foreign ownership of any part of our industry and our land. Create jobs with necessary training for all who want them, expanding public housing, renewable public energy supply, public health, public education, public farms, public transport and other public services and infrastructure.

Transport

Transportation is the lifeblood of Australian industry, without high quality and accessible transportation this country cannot function properly. One of the top priorities of the Australian Commonwealth is to ensure transportation is readily available at any given time. Transport is the concern of the Federal and State/Territory governments and both must work together to ensure the trains, buses and trucks run on time. Citizen access to reliable, safe, efficient, and free transport is a social right. Our transport systems must be environmentally sustainable. The new investments must prioritise low- and zero-emission, energy-efficient, affordable modes of transport, including electric and alternative-fuel vehicles. Build high-speed rail links as a means of transforming interstate travel and regional development along Australia's east coast corridor. continue to invest in faster and improved rail across the nation. interstate and regional rail networks have suffered from decades of under-investment. Urgent action is required to ensure our major rail corridors can operate efficiently, reliably, and safely. work with state governments to address rail infrastructure needs and provide a level playing field for transport operators. Our trains and industry must be local, no foreigner has any right to control our transport industry which is vital for our nation's trade, industry and communication to function properly. ensure that aviation industry policy and employment laws protect Australian jobs in the aviation industry and address the issue of unsafe, low paid, and insecure jobs in the aviation sector. Australia needs a revitalised, strong Australian-flagged shipping industry with a secure workforce. The nation needs a strong Australian-flagged fleet to ensure a secure supply of goods essential to our economy. Ensure our streets are walkable and ensure adequate lanes for those going by bike. Our transport systems must be environmentally sustainable. New investment must prioritise low- and zero-emission, energy-efficient, affordable modes of transport, including electric and alternative-fuel vehicles.

Older Australians

Among the ways a society is judged is how its elderly are treated. Ensure the expansion of public and community based aged-care facilities. Aged care is not something anyone can profit from and all for profit incentives must be scrapped. Establish a public housing guarantee and ensure these guarantees are met for pensioners so that anyone who needs secure homes may access it in their vicinity. Ensure hefty fines for abuse and neglect in the care sector. Free healthcare that includes dental and mental health be guaranteed and provided for pensioners. Ensure public home care for seniors be provided such as nurses, cleaning and social services. Establish high-quality aged care services being available in local communities, particularly in rural, regional and remote areas. make sure that the supply of high quality aged care services meets current and future demand.

Housing

Access to secure and adequate housing is a fundamental right of every Australian. No Australian should left to sleep rough in the streets nor be without a warm bed and walls and roof to shield them from the elements. Homelessness is a blight upon the country and people and it is imperative that the Commonwealth takes increased measures to ensure that our people do not starve nor remain unsheltered. All new urban developments must be integrated with social and community infrastructure, including public transport, education, health services, parks, playgrounds, other open spaces, and recreational and cultural facilities. New housing must be designed and built to be environmentally sustainable and existing dwellings must be retrofitted to make them sustainable. Access to to high quality housing must be improved and guarantee a home as soon as possible. Ensure states adopt a "housing first" policy that provides unconditional access to public housing. Short term solutions are that, short term, any effort must involve both state and non government bodies and the federal and state governments to provide secure funding for homelessness support and advocacy organisations. Undertake a housing quality audit of all public housing and commence repairs and remediation works, including retrofitting for energy efficiency, sustainability and thermal comfort. Ensure the building of public homes to ensure there are no one left out there in the streets.

Worker's rights

Work should be socially useful, personally rewarding, safe, secure and well paid. There must be equal pay for work of equal value; workplaces and industrial laws must benefit the workers. Workers form the backbone of Australia, from construction, service, healthcare, hospitality, maritime, education, healthcare and many more. This country was built from the sweat and brow of the Australian worker. Their rights and safety must be guaranteed by the government. Workers have the right to a liveable wage, adequate and safe working conditions. If a worker was ever made redundant and/or injured they must be compensated. Outsourcing is to be reversed and forbidden, Australian jobs for Australians. Australian industry is to be manned and managed by Australians alone. Ensure there is a current, union negotiated enterprise agreement in place wherever the government provides or funds a service. This includes the entire state public sector, state funded social services and state construction infrastructure. The government should mandate minimum conditions for workers in these sectors, including a $30-an-hour minimum wage and full penalty rates. Any neglect of our high standards of work, health and safety is to be severely punished by the full extent of the law. Any business or sector that fails to pay a worker their dues is to be punished by the full extent of the law. Unions are useful in conveying the demands of the workers to both private and public employers. Unions must work in tandem with the state to ensure their voices are heard and the state does whatever in their power to ensure safe and high quality conditions and ensure private employers meets them.

Small Businesses

Even though the government in most respects guarantee long term planning for large scale industry, it would also be wise if Australians are able to let their ambitions for private accumulation of wealth let loose. There is a strong spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Australian nation and for there to be as much production and commerce as possible within reasonable bounds of course. People should be able to earn a living without having to rely on the property of the state nor others. Examples of people earning a living in this fashion would be farmers who own their own land and related machinery and tools, plumbers who utilise their own tools and offer their services to those who seek them out, software developers with their own computers. Communism vs capitalism is a false dichotomy, I propose an alternative beyond such narrow perspective of property. The problem of socialism is that it seeks to suck away the innovative spirit of mankind and make it subservient to the party and capitalism is the same except it makes one a mere vassal to corporations. A cooperative approach extends beyond such confines to recognise that property maybe co-owned by local communities and families, down to the smallest unit. A society of artisans and landowners, an emphasis on the local favouring small production over mass production. Certain industries undoubtedly thrive off competition and a free market, but there are other industries that can be considered to be of public interest. In these industries, profits may never become more important than quality, ethics and humane factors. A government whose mission is to serve its people, has a completely different level of accountability and long term planning than a private company with a high demand for profit. For example, a government owned bank could offer interest free loans, government owned media could be free from advertising, and a government owned bus company could operate in rural areas that a private company would deem not profitable. Furthermore, government ownership over areas of public interest ensures that healthcare, education and social welfare are equally available to all, and will never develop into a class issue where the affluent have access to superior services. Entrepreneurs must have freedom to flourish. Legislation and regulation should be structured in such a way to encourage new business, facilitate the expansion of existing small business, ensure fair competition, and protect against the unscrupulous. Governments have a responsibility to encourage and safeguard small business, while recognising the need for competition and free enterprise. -Control and prevent the establishment of monopolies, cartels and vertically integrated businesses, which manipulate the market through domination. Small business must be protected from the predation of big business. Australia is best served by a diverse and dynamic business sector that is able to identify and capitalise on opportunities to create well paid, secure jobs and make the Australian economy more productive and internationally competitive. The Commonwealth will be an effective and collaborative partner with the business community to help achieve this. So long as businesses pay their fair share to contribute in order public services to be more available and obey basic labour laws, there is no reason why small business or even Australian corporations should not operate.

Our Military Strength

Ensure our defence forces, security agencies, police and emergency services are always appropriately resourced and given the necessary powers to respond to defend the Australian Homeland and propagate Australia's interests through hard power. Our national defence force must always stand at the ready, well equipped and adapt to any circumstance to ensure Our Australian Homeland and Australian people protected knowing a mighty force is in front ever vigilant and ready to eliminate any threat that threatens our sovereignty and prosperity. Our defence policy must be founded and based on the principle of Australian self- reliance. Australia's armed forces need to be able to defend Australia against credible threats without relying on the combat forces or capabilities of other countries. give our armed forces the personnel, skills, equipment and other resources they need perform this sacred work. Our defence industry must be self reliant, we must be producing our own military hardware, uniforms and equipment that support and enhance our defensive and offensive capabilities, This is an opportunity to develop sovereign industrial capability, a more advanced manufacturing sector, and secure, decent, long term jobs for Australians. Our self-reliant defence policy will be enhanced by strong bilateral and multilateral defence relationships.
