Vistulo-Hominēsist Liberalism is the ideology of User:NewMaritimeVistula. It is a moderated-down version of his previous ideology and is made for the opportunity of all people.
Its core idea is that everyone starts out equal and is judged on their merit, not on idiotic things such as status, race, sexuality, gender, etc.
It considers the nation as the "development room". It is assumed that many shall leave eventually to pursue careers, so the entire job of the nation is to facilitate that.
"The nation grows the people's mind, the labour grows the people's money."
