Overview
Simple Description
ETS is a Technocratic Libertarian-Authoritarian government run on the ideas of Post-Revolutionary Pacifism, Market Socialism and Liberal Socialism, as well as several ideas of Transhumanism, Cultural Progression, Progressivism, and Anti-Conservatism. This ideology is the CURRENT ideology of TGST as of 2023.
Personality
ETS is a calm and collective character. They tend to keep to themselves but are usually an empathetic character to others who are in need. Though being a quiet character, they love to socialize and communicate with those they work with or know. They are also very diplomatic and non-violent and tend to try and keep a calm environment around themselves. Though being calm, they will stand their ground if attacked or feel provoked, and are willing to defend themselves as well as anyone else they care for.
The Government
The Federation
The concept of the federation involves dividing the nation into autonomous states, each governed by its own regional council. While these states do not possess full independence and remain under the authority of the national government, they operate with a level of autonomy reminiscent of U.S states or former Soviet Republics. This arrangement allows regions to have a degree of self-governance while still adhering to the overarching national framework.
The Sections of Government
In the envisioned government structure of ETS, various components operate in a synchronized fashion to ensure effective governance. At the grassroots level, you have the Local Assemblies, comprising City Councils and County Councils, which are the foundational units of local governance, responsible for managing day-to-day affairs within their respective jurisdictions. Moving up, there's the Congressional District, a unique assembly representing a diverse range of professions and contributing specialized insights to policy making. Regional Councils assume a broader role, overseeing Federal Districts or autonomous regions, ensuring economic stability and compliance with regional laws. Finally, at the national level, the government is anchored by the Civics and National Councils, collectively responsible for addressing social, civic, diplomatic, economic, and defense matters. This multi-tiered system of governance ensures a seamless interplay between local and national interests, promoting collaboration and balance while allowing for diverse perspectives to shape the nation's policies and direction.
Congress
The Congressional District comprises a diverse group of representatives, each advocating for their respective professions within the  government. This Congress plays a crucial role in shaping policies that enhance working environments across various fields, such as engineering, education, and science. These professionals have a significant impact on legislation, influencing decisions made by both the National and Civic councils through their voting power. Additionally, they have a say in the composition of these councils, bringing their expertise into the decision-making process. The Congressional District also plays a role in the judicial system by participating in the selection of its members. Furthermore, it fosters citizen engagement by proposing new policy ideas that can be put to a vote by the Population, promoting a government that values professional insights and public participation.
The Local Assemblies
Local Assemblies stand as the foundation of governance in our system, encompassing both City Councils and County Councils. While their jurisdiction may be limited to specific geographic areas, their impact extends far beyond boundaries. These assemblies, while not wielding extensive power in national decision-making, play a vital role in nurturing and safeguarding the communities they oversee. A key aspect of their responsibility lies in upholding law and order, achieved through the oversight of local police forces, which is instrumental in ensuring the well-being of the public. Additionally, they possess the authority to establish and enforce local policies and bans, provided they align with constitutional rights. This grants them the ability to shape the everyday lives of their residents, contributing to the overall quality of life and the maintenance of civic order in their respective areas.
The Regional Councils
Regional Councils, which oversee expansive Federal Districts akin to autonomous states or regions, play a crucial role in governing the nation. They have several key responsibilities. Firstly, they manage the regional economies and work to maintain stability, promoting growth and prosperity within their areas. Additionally, they are responsible for overseeing law enforcement throughout the region, ensuring the safety of residents.
Beyond these practical functions, Regional Councils serve as the bridge between local and national governance. They keep a close eye on Local Assemblies, ensuring their actions align with both regional and national laws, all while upholding individual rights. They can also create regional laws that address the specific needs and desires of their constituents, with the caveat that these laws must comply with   constitutional rights.
Furthermore, Regional Councils actively participate in the national decision-making process. They vote on policies proposed by the National and Civic Councils, providing a regional perspective to enrich discussions. They also play a role in shaping these councils by selecting individuals who will help shape national and civic policies. This system reflects the principle of subsidiarity, ensuring that decisions are made at the most appropriate level of governance, be it local, regional, or national, to maintain harmony between regional diversity and national objectives.
The National Council
The National Council stands as one of the two primary pillars of the nation's governance, tasked with a multifaceted role that encompasses diplomacy, national legislation, economic stewardship, and the defense of the military. Its influence extends far and wide, as it exercises authority over not only the Regional Councils but also the nation's economic landscape, overseeing both its overall health and the performance of regional sectors. Within its purview lies the pivotal responsibility of crafting and enacting national laws, addressing matters ranging from  criminalization to regulatory frameworks. Importantly, these national laws undergo a rigorous vetting process, subject to the discerning judgment of the Congressional districts, Local Assemblies, and Regional Councils.
The National Council comprises a diverse assembly of members representing various professions, collaborating harmoniously to navigate the intricate realms of diplomacy, economics, regulations, and more. This eclectic composition ensures that the council draws upon a wealth of expertise and insights to inform its decision-making processes, thus enhancing the quality of policies and strategies devised for the nation's welfare. In essence, the National Council functions as the keystone of the government, shaping the nation's path forward through its multifaceted functions while actively engaging and incorporating the perspectives of its constituents at multiple levels of governance.
The Civics Council
The Civics Council holds a pivotal role in the nation's governance, with a primary focus on overseeing civic and social affairs. Its paramount duty revolves around safeguarding civil rights, staunchly defending them from any potential infringements. Furthermore, the council is unwavering in its dedication to combat all forms of discrimination, whether stemming from racial biases or directed towards LGBTQ+ individuals, including forms like homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia. To fulfill this noble mission, the council formulates and enforces a spectrum of policies, including hate crime legislation and social laws, meticulously crafted to preserve citizens' civil rights and foster an all-embracing society where discrimination finds no foothold. In essence, the Civics Council stands as a steadfast guardian of justice, laboring ceaselessly to ensure the prevalence of equal rights and social harmony across the entire nation.
The Voting System
The voting system within ETS presents a multifaceted process that ensures comprehensive representation and governance. In this intricate structure, the population exercises its voice by voting on policies and members for the Local Assemblies, Regional Councils, and Congressional District. In contrast, the members of the Judicial System are selected through a congressional vote, upholding the importance of expertise and legal acumen in this critical branch. When it comes to the pivotal National and Civic councils, the decision-making process extends to multiple tiers of government. Members and policies for these councils are subject to a nuanced voting system, which takes into account the perspectives of the population, local assemblies, and regional councils. Importantly, these votes are weighted, reflecting the significance of each level of government. For the Civic Council, congressional votes carry a 50% weight, while regional votes constitute 30%, and local votes contribute 20%. In the case of the National Council, regional votes hold a 50% weight, congressional votes have a 30% weight, and local votes retain their 20% weight. Finally, the Judicial System carefully selects members for the Ethics Committee by extending invitations to those who excel in the field of law, ensuring that this crucial body maintains the highest standards of expertise and integrity within the government.
Checks and balances
The Judicial System
In the government, the Judicial System has a crucial role. It oversees all the laws from the National and Civic Councils, as well as the regional laws. Its main job is to carefully examine these laws, making sure they follow the constitution and maintain a secular, non-religious approach. This ensures that every law is fair and within legal boundaries.
This role is vital for maintaining a balanced government. It acts as a strong defense against corruption and the creation of unnecessary laws. By closely reviewing legislation, the Judicial System upholds the integrity of the lawmaking process, ensuring that laws benefit the public rather than specific interests or divisive beliefs. In essence, it's a cornerstone of the government, upholding constitutional principles, promoting accountability, and fostering a just and inclusive society where the rule of law prevails.
Local Boards
The Local Boards in ETS are essential components of the government's structure, primarily responsible for ensuring that Local Assemblies, which include City Councils and County Councils, function effectively and ethically. These boards act as oversight bodies, monitoring the activities and decisions of the Local Assemblies to guarantee that they adhere to the law and uphold the rights of citizens. They serve as a check and balance system to prevent any potential abuses of power or violations of constitutional rights within the local communities.
The Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee is a crucial component of the government that extends its influence across multiple organizations, such as the Ethics Officer Core, Ombudsman Offices, and the Whistleblower Foundation. It serves as the government's watchful guardian, dedicated to eradicating corruption and upholding transparency, ensuring the protection of its citizens and their fundamental freedoms. The committee acts as a righteous hand, actively working to maintain the integrity of the government and safeguard the rights and well-being of the people. It does so by investigating and addressing ethical violations, encouraging whistleblower reports, and promoting accountability throughout the government.
Ethics Officer Core
The Ethics Officer Core comprises a group of individuals selected for their expertise in the legal field, encompassing professions such as lawyers, judges, and law enforcement officers. This dedicated force plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the population from corruption within the government. To achieve this, the Ethics Officer Core employs a multi-faceted approach, consisting of two primary groups, which can further divide into specialized sections: investigators and protectors. Investigators are tasked with the intricate mission of uncovering instances of corruption, which may involve detecting council members hiding their financial decisions, discovering covert or unrecorded meetings, and unveiling hidden government financial actions, among other responsibilities. On the other hand, the Protectors take on the role of recording various meetings, both large-scale and intimate, and they oversee public audits to ensure government operations are transparent. Some Ethics officers are selected for their exceptional typing or writing speed, as they play a crucial role in recording detailed accounts of small, personal meetings between 2-4 council members through both audio and written records. This multi-pronged approach ensures the government remains free from corruption and accountable to its citizens.
Ombudsman Office
The Ombudsman Office is a team of advocates, both Ombudsmen and Ombudswomen, who specialize in addressing and resolving public complaints from the local population and workforce. Their primary goal is to work collaboratively with Local and Regional Councils to find solutions and resolve these concerns. They focus on ensuring that the complaints are addressed in a manner that adheres to both national law and the constitution. It's important to remember that, in some cases, the local population might have differing views on basic rights, and the Ombudsman Office aims to find a balanced approach that satisfies the majority while still upholding the fundamental principles of the government.
Whistleblowers
The Whistleblower Foundation is a straightforward yet vital institution that is dedicated to promoting and safeguarding the act of whistleblowing. It serves as a guardian for those who come forward with information about potential wrongdoing within the government, shielding them from potential political or physical reprisals. This foundation not only encourages individuals to report any evident corruption but may also offer rewards to council or congress members who expose such corruption, thus fostering transparency within the nation. This approach ensures that government transparency is preserved by addressing issues before they escalate to the point of being investigated by the Ethics Officer Core.
The Economy
Trade Unions
Trade unions play a foundational role in the economy of ETS. It's an economic model that combines elements of Liberal Socialism and Market Syndicalism. In this system, workers are empowered with complete control over the production process, while the government maintains a moderate level of oversight. A significant aspect of this economic approach is the promotion of cooperatives (Co-ops) and unions, which are actively encouraged to form and participate in the economic landscape. Notably, privately-owned production is prohibited, reinforcing the principle that the means of production are collectively managed by the workers and unions, ensuring a more equitable and worker-focused economic system.
Merging
The concept of merging in ETS entails the integration of two or more closely related industries with the aim of enhancing efficiency and production. This strategy fosters rapid economic development, but it necessitates government approval, subject to a comprehensive voting process. During this evaluation, the government determines whether the proposed merger will have a positive or negative impact on the markets and the overall economy, and this determination influences the fate of the merger. This approach ensures that economic consolidation is carefully scrutinized and aligned with the nation's economic goals and well-being.
The Market
In the envisioned economy of ETS, the market operates as a goods-based, moderately regulated system under the control of worker unions. Its primary function is to maintain the flow of money within the economy, preventing stagnation. Personal goods produced by the unions are introduced into the market and sold through competitive processes. Notably, property presents a unique situation: rented or leased buildings and homes are government-owned, while one-time purchase properties are owned by the union responsible for their construction. Unions generate revenue from property sales, with the government handling tax and utility bill collection, ensuring a streamlined and efficient system that encourages economic activity and stability.
Antitrust Policy
Antitrust laws play a crucial role in maintaining a balanced and competitive economic landscape, even within the framework of a socialist economy like ETS. These laws are vital because they prevent the emergence of monopolies, which can occur when worker unions seek to consolidate power through mergers, potentially dominating the entire production of specific goods. By enforcing antitrust laws, the system ensures that competition remains vibrant within the goods-based market, promoting a steady flow of money and sustaining the overall economy. This mechanism safeguards against the adverse effects of monopolies and fosters an environment where multiple players can thrive and contribute to economic vitality.
Labor to Payment Theory
The Labor-to-Pay Theory, closely aligned with the Union Market Cycle Theory, operates on a straightforward premise: the number of hours you work correlates directly with the amount of compensation you receive. In this system, the principle is clear and dependable, establishing a direct connection between an individual's labor input and their financial reward.
The Union Market Cycle Theory
The Union Market Theory complements the Labor-to-Pay Theory, operating on a more intricate process. At the end of each month, the union calculates the total earnings from the sale of its manufactured goods, whether to the open market or distributors. From this total, a quarter is allocated to the government as tax (assuming a 25% tax rate for simplicity). The remaining two quarters are disbursed to compensate the workers, ensuring their fair share of the earnings. The final segment of the earnings is reinvested in the union, thus providing a vital source of funding for its continued operation and growth. This cycle enables a balanced distribution of income while facilitating the union's financial sustainability.
Welfare for the Employed
Welfare for the employed within ETS is a straightforward system aimed at providing comprehensive support to workers and citizens. It encompasses various benefits, including free healthcare, access to job opportunities, and accident compensation, among other welfare provisions. The primary objective is to ensure that individuals can access essential services and support without the burden of financial constraints. This approach fosters a safety net that promotes the well-being and security of both the workforce and the broader population.
Welfare for the Unemployed
The ETS's welfare system extends its support to the unemployed, which primarily includes the disabled, youth aged 18 and below, and the elderly. Each group receives specific welfare benefits tailored to their unique needs and circumstances. Disabled individuals may be eligible for social security and receive compensation based on their situation and criminal records. The elderly can access health benefits and discounts on groceries, ensuring their well-being in their later years. Youth, on the other hand, are provided with free education, promoting their access to learning opportunities. These are just some examples of the assistance available to these groups, depending on their individual situations and requirements. It's important to note that these benefits are distinct from support provided to those actively seeking employment or currently without a job.
Civics
The principles of ETS's Civics are firmly rooted in the values of liberty and freedom, encompassing what it considers fundamental rights for all individuals. These rights include the freedom of expression, the right to marry regardless of one's sexual orientation, the freedom to make choices about abortion, the right to change one's gender, and the freedom from discrimination. Notably, the freedom from discrimination holds a unique place within the constitution, as it serves as the sole exception that can override the freedom of expression. This exceptional status is designed to protect individuals from discrimination, ensuring an inclusive and just society for all.
LGBT Rights
Within the framework of ETS, the stance on LGBT rights is generally positive and inclusive. The system supports the rights of individuals to engage in same-sex marriages and other non-heterosexual unions, and it is also a proponent of transgender rights. This support is grounded in the belief that every person should have the opportunity to pursue their own happiness. However, it's worth noting that the system has established an age requirement of 21 for gender transformation. While this age requirement may seem late, it is intended to ensure that individuals have the maturity and understanding necessary to make such a significant decision without the risk of later regret.
The LGBTQ+ Community
Though ETS supports the ideas of queer rights, it doesn't agree with modern wokists and Social Justice Warriors. This applies to the LGBT Community, in which it believes is manipulative and nothing but a bunch of control freaks. It believes the system exploits the weak for its own gain, the idea being they exploit children, eliminate competition through cancel culture, and spread their faces everywhere. This is the system of propaganda and ETS does not support it. It doesn't stand with a community that exploits the weak and uses propaganda to get what it wants.
Racial Rights
ETS is committed to promoting racial equality and preventing discrimination based on a person's skin tone or place of origin. The system has implemented specific laws designed to protect individuals from racial discrimination, regardless of their racial or ethnic background. These laws serve as a safeguard against discrimination and emphasize the principle that every individual, irrespective of their race, should be treated with fairness and respect. This approach underscores the system's commitment to building a just and inclusive society where all citizens are equal before the law.
The BLM Movement
ETS advocates for racial equality while also maintaining a critical perspective on certain movements like Black Lives Matter (BLM). The system expresses concern regarding the actions of some individuals within the BLM community and their methods. While supporting the core idea of racial equality, it denounces acts of violence, property damage, and any form of extremism. This stance underscores the system's commitment to peaceful and constructive approaches to address racial equality, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and non-violence in achieving a just society for all citizens.
Gender Rights
ETS is committed to gender equality and believes that every individual, regardless of their gender, possesses the potential to be equally productive in the workforce. The system promotes equal pay and equal rights for all genders, emphasizing the importance of creating a level playing field where opportunities and rewards are not influenced by one's gender identity. This commitment to gender equality is a fundamental aspect of the system's principles, fostering a society where every person can contribute and prosper based on their abilities, not their gender.
Anti-Segregation and Racism
ETS is unyielding in its resolute stance against any manifestations of racism and segregation. Rooted in a firm commitment to justice and equality, the system actively confronts and works to dismantle these detrimental notions, aspiring to eliminate them from society once and for all. The foundational principles of ETS revolve around fostering a society where every individual, irrespective of their racial background, is welcomed and embraced. This ethos creates an environment where everyone has the opportunity to flourish, free from the shadow of discrimination based on their race or ethnicity.

Individualism
ETS strikes a harmonious balance between Individualism and Collectivism. This equilibrium is rooted in the appreciation of self-reliance, where individuals have the capacity to work independently and nurture their unique identities. The system values the notion that every person should have the opportunity to cultivate their individuality, with access to essentials like their own home, food, transportation, and water. This is underpinned by the belief that a society should function interdependently, recognizing that excessive dependence on others can be detrimental to the overall well-being of the community.
Collectivism
Within the framework of a balanced approach that combines individuality and collectivism, ETS emphasizes the importance of mutual assistance within society. This collaborative spirit is seen as a catalyst for increased efficiency and productivity, leading to the development of a more inclusive and thriving society. The system holds the belief that an excessive focus on self-interest can lead to societal self-destruction. Instead, it advocates for a healthy dose of collectivism to prevent such pitfalls, ultimately contributing to the betterment of the world and its people. In the eyes of ETS, striking this balance is essential for the well-being of both individuals and the broader community.
Post-Revolutionary Pacifism
Post-Revolutionary Pacifism is a concept centered on the idea of instigating a revolution to replace an existing system with a pacifistic government. It recognizes that non-violent approaches or protests can often be easily suppressed, akin to extinguishing a small flame, while a revolution acts as a larger, more resilient bonfire of change. However, in contrast to its revolutionary methods, Post-Revolutionary Pacifism places great importance on global cooperation, aiming for the mutual betterment of the world. It views external aggression as self-destructive and unnecessary, emphasizing diplomacy and collaboration as the keys to lasting peace and prosperity on a global scale. This approach seeks to create a more harmonious world without resorting to violence or conflict.
Cultural Progression
In the framework of ETS, a deep commitment to cultural progression coexists with the principles of secular, non-biased governance. Embracing the belief that cultures should remain dynamic and adaptable rather than stagnant and bound by rigid rules, this ideology champions the continual advancement of culture, belief systems, and technological prowess. This conviction arises from the understanding that cultures which remain static risk self-destruction and stagnation, posing existential threats not only to the culture itself but also to its people and, ultimately, the broader human race. However, amidst this fervor for cultural evolution, ETS advocates for a singular, widely shared language among its citizens. While it does not outlaw other languages, it actively promotes multilingualism. The rationale behind this linguistic policy lies in the pursuit of enhanced communication and directness, believing that a common language fluently spoken by all can facilitate more effective discourse and understanding among the populace. This intricate balance between cultural progression and linguistic unity underscores the belief that a dynamic, culturally rich society can thrive when coupled with effective means of communication, fostering an environment where progress, diversity, and cohesiveness coalesce to advance both individuals and the collective whole.
Anti-Conservatism
In the context of ETS, while it champions cultural progressiveness, it adopts an unwavering stance against conservatism. This ideology firmly asserts that conservatism, characterized by an inclination to maintain the status quo, is inherently self-destructive and detrimental to the well-being of the populace. This conviction is rooted in the belief that history should be regarded as a source of valuable lessons rather than an anchor that stifles progress. The ideology contends that societies must evolve and adapt in response to changing circumstances, as clinging rigidly to past practices and beliefs can impede growth, stifle innovation, and ultimately harm the people it seeks to protect. In essence, ETS embraces a forward-looking approach, recognizing that learning from history and being receptive to change is essential for societal advancement and the betterment of its citizens.
Technology
This enhancement encompasses various dimensions, including physical, biological, and genetic modifications. The system embraces the principle that human enhancement is a fundamental entitlement for people of all gender identities. It is seen as a means to aid the disabled, halt the progression of disorders, and rectify deformities. At its core, transhumanism embodies the pursuit of improvement for the collective good—optimizing the human body to enhance efficiency and address deficiencies, ensuring that every person can reach their fullest potential.
AI and Automations
ETS is a proponent of the concept of joint automation, envisioning a future where artificial automation is harnessed to work collaboratively with humans rather than entirely replacing them. This belief acknowledges the inevitability of AI-driven automation but places a strong emphasis on preserving the role of human workers. In this vision, humans and AI seamlessly cooperate to maintain an equilibrium in the workplace, preventing extensive job displacement that can arise from full automation. Moreover, within the ideology of ETS, AI is not perceived as a tool to serve humans but as a partner that serves alongside humans. This partnership is rooted in the idea of mutual benefit, with AI providing automated labor through joint automation, while humans undertake the crucial task of overseeing and maintaining these AI systems. This approach ensures that both humans and AI contribute to the workforce, enhancing productivity and coexisting for the betterment of society.
Diplomacy
The diplomatic stance of ETS is firmly anchored in the principles of pacifism, self-defense, and technological globalism. It is driven by the core belief that initiating offensive actions is a direct threat to peace, and thus, it is committed to maintaining peace and minimizing conflicts and warfare. The ideology holds that the military should be a tool of defense rather than offense, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding the nation. Even within a pacifist framework, the protection of the nation remains a top priority.
The National Policy
The national policy of ETS is founded on a set of fundamental principles that shape its governance. Foremost among these principles is unwavering government transparency, reflecting the belief that transparency is essential, and that any form of corruption within the government is intolerable. Another key pillar of its national policy is social welfare, rooted in the conviction that every citizen should have access to free healthcare, education, and employment opportunities.
Furthermore, the ideology places great importance onv societal progression, endorsing the view that a dynamic and adaptive society should continuously evolve and advance in response to its changing environment. == Anti-Nato ==
ETS maintains a stance against the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) on the grounds of opposing what it views as American imperialism. The ideology asserts that NATO serves as a mechanism through which the United States exerts control over Western nations, effectively maintaining their influence over these states. In the view of ETS, each European nation within NATO should have the autonomy to operate independently of American control. It contends that if a substantial European alliance is necessary, the European Union should take the lead in managing its own military capabilities, thereby reducing reliance on NATO for defense. This perspective reflects the ideology's commitment to regional autonomy and self-determination while expressing skepticism about external influences.
Anti-Russia and CSTO
ETS holds a critical stance toward the modern Russian government and its collective security alliance, the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). The ideology takes issue with the Russian government, citing concerns about corruption and its involvement in the conflict in Ukraine, which it views as undermining peace efforts. Furthermore, it parallels its criticism of the CSTO with its stance on NATO, regarding both as forms of superpower imperialism. According to ETS, these alliances are seen as tools to exert influence over neighboring states, keeping them aligned with Russia's interests and outside Western or American influence. This perspective reflects the ideology's emphasis on promoting regional autonomy and resisting external influences that may compromise the sovereignty of nations.
Approach to Friendly Nations
In the realm of diplomatic relations, ETS adopts a notably positive and proactive approach when dealing with friendly states. Its overarching objective is to cultivate and nurture strong alliances and close ties with other nations, with the aim of mutually benefiting from diplomatic, economic, and even defensive cooperation. This approach is grounded in the belief that fostering robust international relationships can yield a multitude of advantages for all parties involved. Diplomatically, it opens channels for dialogue and cooperation on a range of global issues, promoting collaboration in areas such as climate change, peacekeeping, and human rights. Economically, these alliances can lead to trade agreements, technological exchange, and investment opportunities that bolster economic growth and prosperity. On the defensive front, strong partnerships enhance security through joint defense initiatives, intelligence sharing, and collective defense arrangements. In essence, the positive diplomatic stance of ETS is a testament to its commitment to pursuing harmonious and mutually beneficial relations with like-minded nations in the global arena.
Approach to Neutral Nations
When it comes to dealing with neutral states, ETS adopts a diplomatic approach that, while positive, tends to be less assertive compared to interactions with friendly nations. The primary goal in its dealings with neutral states is to foster constructive relations, understanding that cooperation on a global scale is essential for addressing shared challenges and advancing common interests. This approach may involve initiatives to build trust, engage in dialogue, and explore opportunities for collaboration on various global issues such as climate change, humanitarian efforts, and peacekeeping missions. Additionally, if there is mutual benefit and value, {ETS may consider entering into economic agreements with neutral states, which could encompass trade deals, technological exchange, or investment partnerships, all of which can contribute to bolstering economic growth and strengthening diplomatic ties. In essence, the diplomatic approach towards neutral states reflects the nation's commitment to promoting peaceful coexistence, global cooperation, and strategic engagement, even if it takes a more measured stance compared to interactions with friendly nations.
Approach to Aggressive Nations
Dealing with hostile and aggressive states presents a unique challenge for ETS, prompting a defensive yet cautious approach grounded in its commitment to peaceful resolution and the preservation of its core principles. Instead of responding to hostility with hostility, the approach centers on diplomacy aimed at de-escalation and cooperation. The nation seeks to engage with these states in a manner that encourages dialogue and collaboration, even in the face of aggression. It recognizes that maintaining open channels of communication can provide opportunities for conflict resolution and the potential for finding common ground on pressing global issues. However, this cooperative stance is always underpinned by a robust defense posture to safeguard its ideology, national integrity, and the welfare of its citizens. In essence, while prioritizing peaceful solutions, ETS remains vigilant in its commitment to its values and the protection of its interests when confronted with hostile states, seeking a path towards stability and cooperation through diplomacy and strength.

*Blue Nephalem Thought - Me and you are basically the same in every way, just you lean more towards market socialism than market syndicalism. We both have the ideas of technocratic governance and the ideas of basic human rights. We're both progressive and globalist. We both are pacifists. Like the only thing that i find that we aren't the same on, is that i'm more authoritarian, and our philosophy.
*Heredism - Almost absolute perfection. The Socialism, the technocracy, THE TECHNOLOGY. We think almost the same. You have inspired me so much with your ideas of acceleration and hyper progression, we both have the curiosity of evolving technology. Our ideas on cybernetics are almost the same. I see very few things I disagree with.
*Yoda8soup - Ah yes... another artel member. Your ideas are admirable with you being a fellow market socialist. You like the trade unions and the idea of left-reforms but your democratic, and let's just say i have my views on democracy.

The Ideas of civil rights for all is admirable but creative racism just seems flawed to me. Then there is the piracy, why steal? It would make sense if it was like robin hood like piracy, taking from hoarders and giving to those who need it but general piracy is just theft. Then there is the ideas of free markets and capitalism, which i don't need to explain, but i do admire your ideas of Social Capitalism. As an ex-soccap myself, i realized the benefits of socialism and a goods based market, and you may be on the path of market socialism, maybe. This ideology is the CURRENT ideology of Template:TGST as of 2023.

Personality

Template:ETS is a calm and collective character.

While these states do not possess full independence and remain under the authority of the File:NatCoun.png File:CivCoun.png national government, they operate with a level of autonomy reminiscent of U.S states or former Soviet Republics. This arrangement allows regions to have a degree of self-governance while still adhering to the overarching national framework.

The Sections of Government

In the envisioned government structure of Template:ETS, various components operate in a synchronized fashion to ensure effective governance. At the grassroots level, you have the Local Assemblies, comprising City Councils and County Councils, which are the foundational units of local governance, responsible for managing day-to-day affairs within their respective jurisdictions. Moving up, there's the File:Congress.png Congressional District, a unique assembly representing a diverse range of professions and contributing specialized insights to policy making. Regional Councils assume a broader role, overseeing Federal Districts or autonomous regions, ensuring economic stability and compliance with regional laws. Finally, at the national level, the government is anchored by the Civics and National Councils, collectively responsible for addressing social, civic, File:Globalism.png diplomatic,File:Market-icon.png economic, and defense matters. This multi-tiered system of governance ensures a seamless interplay between local and national interests, promoting collaboration and balance while allowing for diverse perspectives to shape the nation's policies and direction.

File:Congress.png Congress File:Congress.png

File:Congress.png The Congressional District comprises a diverse group of representatives, each advocating for their respective professions within the government. This Congress plays a crucial role in shaping policies that enhance working environments across various fields, such as File:Engineer.png engineering, education, and science. These professionals have a significant impact on legislation, influencing decisions made by both the National and Civic councils through their voting power. Additionally, they have a say in the composition of these councils, bringing their expertise into the decision-making process. File:Congress.png The Congressional District also plays a role in the judicial system by participating in the selection of its members.

They vote on policies proposed by the File:NatCoun.png National and File:CivCoun.png Civic Councils, providing a regional perspective to enrich discussions. They also play a role in shaping these councils by selecting individuals who will help shape national and civic policies. This system reflects the principle of subsidiarity, ensuring that decisions are made at the most appropriate level of governance, be it local, regional, or national, to maintain harmony between regional diversity and national objectives.

File:NatCoun.png The National Council File:NatCoun.png

File:NatCoun.png The National Council stands as one of the two primary pillars of the nation's governance, tasked with a multifaceted role that encompasses File:Globalism.png diplomacy, national legislation, economic stewardship, and the defense of the military. Importantly, these national laws undergo a rigorous vetting process, subject to the discerning judgment of File:Congress.png the Congressional districts, Local Assemblies, and Regional Councils.

File:NatCoun.png The National Council comprises a diverse assembly of members representing various professions, collaborating harmoniously to navigate the intricate realms of File:Globalism.png diplomacy, economics, regulations, and more. This eclectic composition ensures that the council draws upon a wealth of expertise and insights to inform its decision-making processes, thus enhancing the quality of policies and strategies devised for the nation's welfare. In essence, File:NatCoun.png the National Council functions as the keystone of the government, shaping the nation's path forward through its multifaceted functions while actively engaging and incorporating the perspectives of its constituents at multiple levels of governance.

File:CivCoun.png The Civics Council File:CivCoun.png

File:CivCoun.png The Civics Council holds a pivotal role in the nation's governance, with a primary focus on overseeing civic and social affairs. In essence, File:CivCoun.png the Civics Council stands as a steadfast guardian of justice, laboring ceaselessly to ensure the prevalence of equal rights and social harmony across the entire nation.

The Voting System

The voting system within Template:ETS presents a multifaceted process that ensures comprehensive representation and governance. In this intricate structure, the population exercises its voice by voting on policies and members for the Local Assemblies, Regional Councils, and File:Congress.png Congressional District. In contrast, the members of the Judicial System are selected through a File:Congress.png congressional vote, upholding the importance of expertise and legal acumen in this critical branch. For File:CivCoun.png the Civic Council, File:Congress.png congressional votes carry a 50% weight, while regional votes constitute 30%, and local votes contribute 20%. In the case of File:NatCoun.png the National Council, regional votes hold a 50% weight, File:Congress.png congressional votes have a 30% weight, and local votes retain their 20% weight. Finally, the Judicial System carefully selects members for File:EthicsCommittee.png the Ethics Committee by extending invitations to those who excel in the field of law, ensuring that this crucial body maintains the highest standards of expertise and integrity within the government.

Checks and balances

The Judicial System

In the government, the Judicial System has a crucial role. It oversees all the laws from the File:NatCoun.png National and File:CivCoun.png Civic Councils, as well as the regional laws.

The Local Boards in Template:ETS are essential components of the government's structure, primarily responsible for ensuring that Local Assemblies, which include City Councils and County Councils, function effectively and ethically. These boards act as oversight bodies, monitoring the activities and decisions of the Local Assemblies to guarantee that they adhere to the law and uphold the rights of citizens. They serve as a check and balance system to prevent any potential abuses of power or violations of constitutional rights within the local communities.

File:EthicsCommittee.png The Ethics Committee File:EthicsCommittee.png

File:EthicsCommittee.png The Ethics Committee is a crucial component of the government that extends its influence across multiple organizations, such as the File:EthicsCommittee.png Ethics Officer Core, Ombudsman Offices, and the Whistleblower Foundation.

File:EthicsCommittee.png The Ethics Officer Core comprises a group of individuals selected for their expertise in the legal field, encompassing professions such as lawyers, judges, and law enforcement officers. This dedicated force plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the population from corruption within the government. To achieve this, File:EthicsCommittee.png the Ethics Officer Core employs a multi-faceted approach, consisting of two primary groups, which can further divide into specialized sections: investigators and protectors.

File:Ombudsman.png Ombudsman Office File:Ombudsman.png

File:Ombudsman.png The Ombudsman Office is a team of advocates, both Ombudsmen and Ombudswomen, who specialize in addressing and resolving public complaints from the local population and workforce. Their primary goal is to work collaboratively with Local and Regional Councils to find solutions and resolve these concerns. They focus on ensuring that the complaints are addressed in a manner that adheres to both national law and the constitution. It's important to remember that, in some cases, the local population might have differing views on basic rights, and File:Ombudsman.png the Ombudsman Office aims to find a balanced approach that satisfies the majority while still upholding the fundamental principles of the government.

File:Whistleblower.png Whistleblowers File:Whistleblower.png

The File:Whistleblower.png Whistleblower Foundation is a straightforward yet vital institution that is dedicated to promoting and safeguarding the act of File:Whistleblower.png whistleblowing. This approach ensures that government transparency is preserved by addressing issues before they escalate to the point of being investigated by the File:EthicsCommittee.png Ethics Officer Core.

The Economy

Trade Unions

Trade unions play a foundational role in the economy of Template:ETS. It's an economic model that combines elements of Liberal Socialism and Market Syndicalism. In this system, File:Engineer.png workers are empowered with complete control over the production process, while the government maintains a moderate level of oversight. A significant aspect of this economic approach is the promotion of cooperatives (Co-ops) and unions, which are actively encouraged to form and participate in the economic landscape. Notably, privately-owned production is prohibited, reinforcing the principle that the means of production are collectively managed by the File:Engineer.png workers and unions, ensuring a more equitable and worker-focused economic system.

Merging

The concept of merging in Template:ETS entails the integration of two or more closely related industries with the aim of enhancing efficiency and production.

The Market

In the envisioned economy of Template:ETS, the market operates as a goods-based, moderately regulated system under the control of worker unions.

Antitrust laws play a crucial role in maintaining a balanced and competitive economic landscape, even within the framework of a socialist economy like Template:ETS.

The remaining two quarters are disbursed to compensate the File:Engineer.png workers, ensuring their fair share of the earnings. The final segment of the earnings is reinvested in the union, thus providing a vital source of funding for its continued operation and growth. This cycle enables a balanced distribution of income while facilitating the union's financial sustainability.

Welfare for the Employed

Welfare for the employed within Template:ETS is a straightforward system aimed at providing comprehensive support to workers and citizens.

The Template:ETS's welfare system extends its support to the unemployed, which primarily includes the disabled, youth aged 18 and below, and the elderly.

Civics

The principles of Template:ETS's Civics are firmly rooted in the values of liberty and freedom, encompassing what it considers fundamental rights for all individuals. Anti-Russia and CSTO

Template:ETS holds a critical stance toward the modern Russian government and its collective security alliance, the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). Agree

  • Template:Blue Nephalem Thought - Me and you are basically the same in every way, just you lean more towards market socialism than market syndicalism. We both have the ideas of technocratic governance and the ideas of basic human rights. We're both progressive and globalist. We both are pacifists. Like the only thing that i find that we aren't the same on, is that i'm more authoritarian, and our philosophy.
  • Heredism - Almost absolute perfection. The Socialism, the technocracy, THE TECHNOLOGY. We think almost the same. You have inspired me so much with your ideas of acceleration and hyper progression, we both have the curiosity of evolving technology. Our ideas on cybernetics are almost the same. I see very few things I disagree with.
  • Yoda8soup - Ah yes... another artel member. Your ideas are admirable with you being a fellow market socialist. You like the trade unions and the idea of left-reforms but your democratic, and let's just say i have my views on democracy.

Somewhat Agree

Neutral

  • File:FutReunionIslandball.png MacDeko's thought - You are interesting. We sit on a fine line between agreeing and disagreeing. We also agree on not liking SJWs and we both like technology. Overall i don't hate, nor love your ideology.

  • Rigby Thought - Basically my polar opposite, you believe in imperialism and putinism, and my thought on leaving states to their own autonomy and being an anti-Russian, you combat those thoughts. As Well as being homophobic, I see no reason to be discriminatory based on sexual orientation.
