Economics has three divisions - State, Economy, and Worker. Each division has a duty to serve the other.
Taxation should be used more against the wealthy and corporations than the average person.

The state should be ruled by anonymous figures, all experts in their various fields, who run the system smoothly.
They should have normal lives as well, but never reveal to anyone that they are part of the state.
