Ultimately, it just makes more sense if you believe that the universe is a Monarchy to support a Monarchy in political affairs.
Does that mean we are statists who believe that you have to obey the Monarch even if we're to ban Christianity? No. St. Bail, for example, distension between Tyrant and King. Which is probably just him echoing Aristotle's politics. If you look at the Byzantine Empire, there were many times the Monarch was overthrown for being a Tyrant, if I recall correctly.
Now, how will this work in America? From a purely practical perspective, it won't. Americans are haunted by the ghost of King George III. There will never be a Monarchist movement in the USA. But if it did, it would probably be a similar Semi-Constitutional Monarchy with very limited voting. The other way an American Monarchy could happen is a dictatorship, which transforms into a Monarchy like what happened in Rome. I honestly think the USA will collapse before this happens.
With all this said this very unimportant issue, you are not going to fix anything if you change the form of government. You are still going to have everything that currently wrong with the USA still be wrong. Just the government will be better, which is again very unimportant.
