Ingblack is an Orwellian doubleplusgood ideology that mixes the Ingsoc system with extreme Black Nationalism. The Inner Party in the Ingblack system consists solely of people that are 100 percent West African or Black American. The Outer Party consists of people that are East or North Africans. The prole class consists of non-blacks who are treated as slaves in every way besides name.

Ingblack also likes to remind the people living there that blacks are systemically discriminated against, the blacks were the lost tribe of Israel, and that black people created civilization.

Ingblack also mandates everyone to speak Hoodspeak, which is just another name for Ebonics.
