Template:Improvement Template:Ideology-VariantSocial Georgism is a center-left ideology combining the Georgist idea of a land value tax, as the primary source of public revenue, with the desire for a sustainable and highly developed welfare state.
They were brought up in the ways of the welfare state by their parent Social Democracy, but they soon also realized that her other parent Georgism's idea of a land value tax (LVT) would be one of the best remedies to help solve the economic troubles causing frustration in her parent's household of late. They also sometimes look at their relative Nordic Model with admiration, and they share a lot of ideas with each other.
Very early on, they got a child with Civic Nationalism in China, called Tridemism, and they in turn almost succeeded in realizing their shared ideals before they were thwarted by Maoism.
Depending what mood they're in, they can draw varying degrees of inspiration from their grandparent Socialism and their other relatives on that side of the family.
Personality
SocGeo often attempts to compromise between different ideas, trying to reason with both left and right in an attempt to defend and advocate for the idea of a mixed economy while socializing the land values, to strengthen both the society, free enterprise, and the return to labor.
They are also strongly opposed to privatization of vital public infrastructure and unregulated exploitation of natural resources.
