Hibernocracyclover also reffered to as Hibernianism is the polcompball character used to represent the belief that "Hibernians" (codeword for the Irish) either secretly control or should secretly control the world.

Hibernocracy is often used as a parody for conspiracy theories surrounding the Jews.

How to Draw

1. Draw a clover shape (4 hearts joined together)
2. Draw a stem from it
3. Draw eyes on the clover
4. Fill the clover and the stem green
