National Capitalism, often shortened to NazCap or NatCap is an authoritarian, Culturally and Economically far right ideology, he is the son of 
Naziball and 
Capitalismball and is an ideology that combines ethnic or civic nationalism and Laissez-Faire Capitalism, making him an even more extreme version of 
Pinochetism (who's authoritarianism is based primarily on dealing with political opposition and who's economics are merely Chicagoan).
Personality
While having the same far right views as Nazism (or at least mostly, he varies on the whole extermination thing), NatCap insists that he is the true far auth right political extremist due to supporting capitalism, a hierarchical economic ideology. He therefore considers Naziball and Fascismball to be "unbased" on economics and should fly into baa llistic rage upon seeing the Leftist ideologies even more that his Auth-Right-Center counterparts, without even considering an alliance for some greater goal.
While he doesn't like Ancap's "degeneracy" and lack of state discipline, he may also be shown as a wealthy and greedy businessman.
