Killer Kitty about who is the most underrated leader of each country. it may have some political bias, but only takes leader who did more good than bad that are not recognized for that. it also haves leaders who are hated without proper reason

Itamar Franco - The 
Plano Real was succeful in combating the Inflation rates in Brazil that were worsening each year. the Plano Real long-term effects were:
- Maintaining low inflation rates and real value references;
- Increase in the purchasing power of Brazilian families;
- Modernization of the Brazilian industrial park;
- Economic growth with job creation;
It's pretty much the reason why Killer Kitty supports Neoliberalism, as those who greatly improved Brazil in that time supported Neoliberalism.
United States
James Polk - Hate or love him, he literally did most for the USA than most presidents in only 4 years(he annexed a big part of land, illegal or not is questionable, but he still did most than the majority.
Mexico
Zedillo - The man Democratized Mexico and even during the country was in a extreme economical crisis he still managed to reduce the unemployment and improving the economy, he and Franco are the reason why Neoliberalism shouldn't be demonized.
