Classocracy Is the form of government for Ukraine invisioned by early 20th century Polish-Ukrainian politician and philosopher Vyacheslav(Wacław) Lypynsky. It believes that democracy in Ukraine will lead to anarchy, and that the only way for the Ukrainian national revival to finish is by establishing a constitutional Monarchy with the Hetman as head of state.

History

Lypynsky's first open delve into monarchism was in 1918. Following the German offensive into Russia and the subsequent reconquest of Ukraine by the Central Rada, the land reform began taking place. In reaction, Lypynsky became one of the founders of the Ukrainian Democratic Agrarian Party. Together with the People's Community and the Union of Landlords, a Dictatorial monarchy under Pavło Skoropadsky was established, backed by Germany.
Following the collapse of the Ukrainian People's Republic, Lypynsky found himself as a leader of the Ukrainian National Party in the Kingdom of Romania. The party closely worked together with the Romanian National Liberal Party.
In 1931 Lypynsky died in Austria.

Beliefs

The core belief of Classocracy is that a generation of benevolent upper class people will bring about a national resurgence via class collaboration under the Hetman/Monarch.
Lypynsky firmly believed in Nationalism.
The parties headed by Lypynsky were also Agrarian.
