Death Worship also translated to Obliteration of the Self is an off-compass authoritarian Ideologyball which is the doctrine of the super-state of Eastasia from 1984.
Not much is actually known about their beliefs besides from that like Ingsoc is the corruption of European Socialism for the benefit of state dominance and Neo-Bolshevism is the corruption of Marxism for the benefit of state dominance, Death Worship is the corruption of Asian Spirituality for the benefit of the state. Specifically the principle of Self-Sacrifice in the name of greater goals, which DW transforms into Self-Abuse in the name serving the state.
Personality
Like IngSoc, Death Worship is a malevolent and power-hungry individual seeking to exert his will across everything in existence. Death Worship generally acts without showing much emotion and has a cold and clinical manner of speaking. The only exceptions are when he is talking about dying in war for the interests of the state.
DW is usually portrayed to be suicidal, but this does not have to be the case, especially since military death would be more useful for a totalitarian state.
Like Ingsoc, Death Worship is also the essence of totalitarianism, though Ingsoc has better brand recognition.
How to Draw
The design for Death Worship is based on the first symbol in the word "Death" in Chinese "死".
- Draw a ball.
- Fill in with light green/light spring bud. (#B4D081)
- Draw the Chinese character "死" in black.
- Draw in the eyes.
You're done!
