Idealist Ultracapitalism Is the fictional ideology of Robert Edwin House, CEO and Sole Proprietor of RobCo, and by proxy, the New Vegas Strip, Andrei Rianofski, known in America as "Andrew Ryan", a Russian Magnate and creator of Rapture, and The Halcyon Holdings Corporation, the proprietors of the Halcyon System.
