Neo-Workerism is the ideological successor of Workerism, and the ideology representing the beliefs of the former president of Brazil, Dilma Rouseff.
History
Before ascending into the presidency, Dilma Rouseff was a former guerrilha fighter during the military dictatorship and a powerful figure within the Workers' Party. When Lula finished his second term, she was appointed by the party to run in the elections of 2010 and won against the centrist candidate, Geraldo Alckmin. Becoming the first female Brazilian head of state.
Her government was extremely controversial within the Brazilian society due to corruption, incompetence and economic downturns. Many of his economic policies, named Nova Matriz Economica, decreased the economic competitiveness and, along with diverse factors, started an economic and political recession in Brazil in 2014. She was later impeached by the congress and her vice president, Michel Temer, taked her role as president.
Personality and Behavior
Neo-Workerism is very incompetent. She has all the three aspects of Negative IQ defined by Bak Bax, which are:

- hating the opposition
- saying things without consideration
