Itapism is the political ideology of Itapi. Some of his major influences are from both 
Georges Sorel and 
Georges Valois. Itapism agrees with Georges Valois on his criticism of 
Fascism. Especially with his disagreements with class collaboration and them abandoning class warfare all together. Itapism sees fascism as a betrayal of Sorelian ideas and it sees Fascism as nothing more than a watered down version of national syndicalism that cannot overcome liberalism in the long run. Itapism also views Left-wing national syndicalism as the only legitimate version of national syndicalism. Itapism isn't anti-communist and pragmatically will work with certain 
communists. Itapism also disagrees with the anti-communist sentiments because of fascists soured relations historically with the USSR and this caused tensions with other communists and socialist organizations and it ultimately made the fascist and third positionist movement weaker. Also because of diplomatic isolation it pressured them to work with 
falsifiers.
Itapism does support monarchism however it does not support feudal monarchies, nor does it support capitalist monarchies, because these types of monarchies are not in favor of the people. Feudalism supports the nobility more than the people and capitalism supports the merchants and the bourgeoisie over the people. So it does not like either of these type of monarchies. It supports a popular monarch that brings people together. Itapism does like a 
Bonaprtist style monarchy because it embodies a popular monarchy and it unites the people under a ruler and it values merit above inheritance. Itapism likes anti-capitalist monarchies like 
monarcho-syndicalism and 
monarcho-socialism. Itapism also views in realtion to monarchism that the D.O.T.P will be a more modern Bonpartist equivalent and that it is a good thing because Itapism believes a charismatic strong man will lead the revolution. Although Itapism likes monarchism it views it secondary because it can see a strong autocratic holding a equivalent position. Itapism holds a plationist view of monarchy compared to other monarchist and that is why Itapism is more pragmatic when it comes to monarchism. Also Itapism beleieves that a monarch should be elected through a syndicalist type system as well and Itapism is not a fan of hereditary monarchs due to the fact they can become stagnant. If a ruling dynasty has a low approval rating the people can vote out the dynasty and put in a new dynasty.
