Ochlocracy, also called Mob Rule, is the ideology representing 
Off-Compass 
Democracy.
Ochlocracy believes that democracy and majoritarianism should be enforced through extreme violence. Ochlocracy also believes that all actions are okay if they are approved by the majority in any scenario, including assault, theft, sexual assault and murder.
History
The term "Ochlocracy" was originally coined by the Greek historian Polybius to describe corrupted version of popular rule. The distinction between noble and corrupted versions of governmental systems was a common theme within Greek political philosophy, aligning Ochlocracy with 
Autocracy and 
Oligarchy and against 
Monarchism, 
Aristocracy and Democracy/Republicanism 
.
Personality and Behaviour
Ochlocracy is usually very angry, and will often gang up on other people. Sometimes he doesn't even know why.
How to Draw
The design of ochlocracy is a blue circle with a white pitchfork design on a white background. The pitchfork design is present, as many depictions of angry mobs feature people with pitchforks.
- Draw a ball,
- In the centre, draw a blue circle,
- Draw a white pitchfork inside the circle, coming up from the bottom of the circle,
- Draw the eyes, and you're done!
- (Optional) Colour the eyes red.

Kraterocracy - We use strength in numbers to punish the unwanted or those who dare to defy the majority together sometimes. But for now, stay out of our way! I prefer Zerg Rush over individual power.
Anarcho-Communism - We usually get along very well, but if the mob wants to keep a hierarchy, then you get out of our way, punk!
