Men's Liberation is a movement focused on the restraints that modern society puts on men, particularly their ability to openly express their feelings and emotions, and to undertake traditionally not "manly" tasks. They are generally supportive of feminist movements but they may not get along all of the time. Usually, identify as "anti-sexist" but can sometimes call themselves feminists depending on the context.

Beliefs
Relationship & disagreements with Feminism
As said before, he generally believes in most or all the base Feminist principles and beliefs about the status quo, that the patriarchy is a real cultural & legislative force, that women are extremely oppressed in modern society, and that misogyny is a real & big problem that should be combated, alongside using many Feminist concepts like intersectionality, aiming to apply these concepts to what he sees as men's issues. Because of this, he will usually view himself as a Feminist, and support her wherever she goes when it comes to her talking about women's issues. However, his relationship with Feminism is usually very muted or in some cases, even tense in practice because (similar to other Feminist offshoots like Postcolonial Feminism or often Feminism's own experiences with 'Men') in his experience many or often most Feminists have disagreed with or not seen much importance in tackling what he sees as important men's issues like disagreeing on the prominence of male rape, where he believes Feminists talking about rape as a women's issue and as something that is primarily done by men to women erases male SA victims, who he believes are much more numerous than reported (and in general, he believes many feminist movements that are aimed primarily at women should be aimed at everyone like feminists' 'body positive' and 'sex positive' movements) or that using neckbeard as an insult criticizes someone by how they look which he sees as toxic.
However, his primary source of disagreement with Feminism is on how he and Feminists view people who struggle with dating and forming relationships. Feminism generally believes these issues stem from a lack of self-confidence and that this coupled with respecting women's boundaries is most of what lonely men need to do to find a partner or form any other type of relationship. Menslib believes this advice is too simple and often idealistic and that dating involves him doing a lot of work and making a lot of guesses when it comes to making a move, which he often finds unfair or exhausting. He also believes many or most women find men who don't meet expectations he believes are lifted from patriarchy like height, social/career status, physical ability/fitness, and/or income are found less attractive by women, alongside believing a lot of women will find that certain types of men who look less traditionally masculine are less desirable to them and may treat them more negatively. He also finds most women aren't willing to let men be emotionally vulnerable as they say, even if Menslib wouldn't view this as a female ruse like Manosphere would. Most Feminists will generally acknowledge these things are bad but they believe men should either simply avoid these women, disagree with his interpretation of those terms or emphasize her belief that no one is entitled to a relationship (romantic or platonic). Menslib acknowledges you can't (and/or shouldn't) force people to love eachother but believes this is unhelpful and undersells how normal it is to want a relationship akin to how while forcing people into friendships is wrong, involuntary loneliness is still something that should be seen as something that society should try to prevent. (and Menslib is often speaking from experience about this).
Personality
Unlike 
Manosphere, he is portrayed as being actually a genuinely kind person to people and tries to treat everybody equally. Still, some feminists don't trust him completely and other men (especially Manosphere) call him a cuck or soyboy. He wants to be friends with 
Feminism but she is a bit skeptical of him due to his advocacy for men's rights, even if he ends up siding with her on most issues.
When venting about his personal problems, tends to talk about lacking physical contact, intimacy, wanting to express his feelings (crying in particular), and often feeling bad about his sexuality. He often just wants intimacy or to be cuddled and believes male gender roles don't allow for him and men in general to do or receive those things. This can either be exploited for ad-hominem attacks similar to manosphere or used to portray him as someone who genuinely relates to other men who feel their role in society has vanished and can actually talk to and empathize with them and their issues instead of ignoring them and letting Manosphere pick them up.
Regarding his views regarding gender inequality, he tends to (generally) believe that the 
Patriarchy is at least somewhat pervasive culturally and that it affects everyone negatively, he often believes and emphasizes that patriarchal expectations can be enforced by women as well and that it's usually not as simple as an oppressor-oppressed dynamic. He believes that Patriarchy as an idea misunderstands the equal vulnerability of average men within society and is inherently exclusive to men who do not conform to the roles it prefers. Lastly, he often stresses the importance of 
Intersectionality, alongside also not describing it as a simple oppressor-oppressed axis when talking about men's and women's issues, and often emphasizes the patriarchy as it relates to 
Trans or 
Gay men, as he believes these men are more prone to defy patriarchal gendered expectations and thus be harmed by and have different perspectives on it as a result.
Regardless, he argues that manliness should not be defined by traditional perceptions of the term and acts how he wants whether it be considered traditionally masculine or otherwise. Sometimes he may act like a 
femboy but is still proud of his masculinity. He also lifts, not because he wants to impress anyone but for his own betterment. Known to call his friends "King" or "lad".

Liberal Feminism - Yes, both women and men should be free! But NGL, "The future is female" sounds pretty cringe.
Libertarian Feminism - While I support sex workers of all types and genders, Feminism should be about pointing out the systemic injustices of society and correcting them on a systemic & societal level, including in sex work! How do you expect to do that within a pure individualist framework of Libertarianism? I don't hate you and I definitely don't hate your job, but I just think you're missing the point.- Manosphere - You could've been an ally, and we once worked together in the past, but you're just incredibly misguided. If you want people to care more about our issues, you need to drop the fervent misogyny, as well as the other discriminatory views a lot of your factions hold.
And stop calling me a soyboy!If you want men's empowerment, you need to respect feminism as a legitimately positive movement and not the devilish misandrist cult you portray it to be. Because the feminists, for all of their flaws, are our sisters in the struggle to build a better future for all. 
Postgenderism - I honestly don't dislike you that much and don't mind the transhumanist influence, but you should really try to put yourself in a trans person's or in anyone else that lacks the gendered affirmation they want shoes before saying that we should abolish gender/abolish gender roles. Have you ever thought that some people actually like being seen as their gender?
Homonationalism - You like femboys and tTwinks because you like that they're "cute little gay bois", I like femboys because they are non-conforming to gender roles... We are not the same. Also, you're just a nutcase, especially toward women.
Enemies
Military - Male-only conscription is unfair, and is based on male dispersibility as well as fragile masculinity! Why should men and ONLY men be seen as their duty to die in wars for the nation? While fighting for what you believe in can be very much justified if not commendable, obsessing over it as what men should unquestionably identify themselves with is a toxic mentality that only hurts men.
