The government officials, corporate CEOs, and even celebrities live in ultra-luxury and dictates all social and economic policies of America, usually pushing ideologies such as DIE, (Diversity, Inclusion, Equity) LGBTQIA+, and climate change. Groups that are more "oppressed" (such as BIPOCs, womyn, disabled folx, LGBTQIA+, etc.) have more rights and special protection over "privileged groups." (such as cisgenders, whites, straight people, etc.) Additionally, groups like the WEF have become more powerful than the government itself to the point where the WEF has forced the government to introduce a social credit system, where citizens lose social credit for not being "woke" to whatever social cause the elites push that day.

The government has managed to evade a civil war by initiating reforms and shifting the Overton Window closer to the center. The United States of America continues to be an interventionist, neoliberal regime to this day.

The Alt-Right has mostly halted immigration into the USA, and many elements, such as the resurgence of traditional, patriarchal, and Christian ideas as well as Western chauvinism still stay a core element of the Alt-Right.

After the Second American Civil War, the white nationalists have managed to secure victory. The white nationalists swiftly instigated a decree that all non-whites living in America must move somewhere else, and even made a deal with multiple African countries to take the black Americans who had no other citizenships. The new version of America now puts the purity of the white race above everything else, and even forced mandatory DNA tests to prove citizens were at least 7/8 white. The new government also instills a semi-religious cult that combines many ideas such as National Socialism, the Christian Identity, ancient European pagan religions, as well as ideas from figures like Julius Evola. Additionally, the new régime believes that Jews are the greatest enemies of the white race.

During the midst of the Second American Civil War, the People's Republic of China took advantage of the event, and launched numerous pro-CCP rebellions in the USA. While most of the rebellions got crushed, some of the movements managed to succeed, even forming Chinese sattelite states in America, such as the People's Republic of Northern California. While America has mostly managed to reunite after the Civil War, America now has the Chinese threat at its doorstep.

All of the people of America now live their lives similar to the medieval peasantry, with the exception of a few independent landholders.

Aryan American Empire Ending
During the second American Civil War, it turns out people who were progressive but still White Nationalists began to feel left out and discovered the ideology of 
Aryan Monarchism while browsing the internet. This quickly gained support and managed to take over at least two states before becoming more of a threat to the "progressive" Left and Conservative Right which were quickly obliterated with a nuclear strike on their main headquarters in California and Texas. Soon the entirety of the East Coast was under their control and with the threat of nuclear weapons anyone who was originally opposed to the Aryan Monarchists was quick to surrender. A bunch of new amendments were added creating a Constitutional Monarchist variant of Aryan Monarchism which then proceeded to forcibly remove all nonwhites and conservatives from the US. The new government then quickly annexed all of North America.

Much to everyone’s shock, leftist militias have emerged victorious in the civil war. The new government has taken a sharply Stalinist and anti-revisionist direction, and the sheer brutality of the new government has forced many to flee the country. Many of the government’s policies echo that of the Soviet Union under Stalin’s reign of terror. The new government has propagated and established a cult of personality around Marx, Lenin, and Stalin, with schoolchildren forced to read government-approved selected works and worship the supposed “true revolutionaries for the socialist cause,” and massive statues and monuments in their honor. It is even said that the government has mandated that a picture of Stalin must hang in every household, with citizens facing arrest by the authorities if they do not comply. The government has also declared a new “cultural revolution,” similar to that of Mao’s, where elements of traditional American culture that lie in opposition to the Party, such as the church and the mentality of rugged individualism, are forcibly stamped out and church leaders often arrested. Political prisoners of all stripes and whether guilty or innocent are imprisoned, where they are often tortured, and many face execution. The new government has instituted economic policies that closely resemble that of the collectivization and dekulakization policies of Stalinist Russia, with the country constantly under threat of famine. In terms of foreign policy, the country is seemingly isolated from even potential communist partners, as the government has denounced the regimes in China, Cuba, and Vietnam as “revisionist,” although relations with the North Korean government are cordial. Unfortunately, the political repression, as well as the brutality and insanity of the General Secretary of the Party, is only expected to ramp up in the coming years. God help us all.
Imperialist Ending
The United States has returned to the idea of the Manifest Destiny, where the USA believes they should have control of all of North America. The United States has "democratically" asked Canada to join the nation, and for Denmark to give up Greenland. The United States has also annexed Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean after the Second Mexican-American War. While America may now be the world's first hyperpower, American relationships with the rest of the world have declined drastically.
