Cultural Leftism is an ideology that believes in civic equality, especially for groups that are supposedly marginalized by society. (This can include racial minorities, women, LGBTQ+, etc.) Cultural Leftism was spawned as an ideology during the New Left movement in the 1960's, when the Baby Boomer generation was discontent with the traditional and conservative nature of the 1950's. While Cultural Leftism is considered far-left in almost all non-Western countries, cultural leftism has been the political status quo in the USA, Canada, and Western Europe for quite some time now.
