This page is pretty good but, I would like to suggest some additions like: deliberative democracy instead of direct democracy, so it would be more efficient then just majority vote, and a system of randomly selected delegates that would moderate the wiki, if they don't do what they are supposed to or they abuse their power then they can be recalled by vote.
