Basically since Pecebia exists here, I am still the former leader of the New Course party, only that I had a bit of a schizo breakdown and disappeared, with the entire country thinking that I'm dead after the breakdown, while I am in fact alive and somehow got here.
The character should still be named "Simeon Gubrinski". Basically a middle-aged dude in a white shirt with suspenders, black slacks and a dark metal gray tie. Also he has hot toffee colored hair and a fairly small moustache, and tired gray eyes. The character owns a Cossack hat and a sabre, and will probably pull them out in whatever climax this story is heading to.
Simeon is usually zoned out and unapproachable, will sing various Eastern European folk songs when drunk and basically replicates the "You look lonely" Blade Runner scene every night in his room. Yep, that's that.
