The economic factor is the only factor in corruption. There isn't a "satan" or any other ontologically evil metaphysical entity causing all the evils of the world. Metaphysical component aside (should be a given unless the discussion is specifically about said component), a monarchy and a joint-stock timocracy are functionally the same, at least on a basic level, as they're both privately owned governments, the only difference is whether that private government is owned by one person or several
