It is LC's belief one must care about things close to 'oneself and others', it is this attitude that the only thing that makes it wrong is that one does not like it. "It's okay" is synonymous with "If it doesn't hurt me I don't care".
Not to mention, where does this primordial disgust stem from? Morality. That is what is meant by morality, no matter how much conceptual gerrymandering you wish to engage in. If one is 'disgusted' by an act, this is the same as the moral judgement of an act, despite any rewording of the meaning of morality.
If you think the only thing that makes it bad is 'muh i no likie', I cannot help you with your lack of care for disgusting things such as these.
