SPPism is the ideology the fictional Serbian People's Party after the adoption of the San Pedro Programme of the Serbian People’s Party. It is less Serbian nationalist than its predecessor, and economically more influenced by social democracy, instead of an authoritarian national economy. It is also semi-constitutional monarchist. It is one of the parties in the Empire of Mu.

San Pedro Programme

We have fought together with the Catholics against the reactionary armies which plague the land. They have been our brethren, defending the rights of the Serbians across the Island of Mu, despite our anti-Catholic proposals. Many of us have realized the Catholics bear a loyalty to the cause of liberation.

This is why we have chosen to revise the ideology of the Serbian People's Party, to understand the new condition that we have seen, from the experiences of the people, and the family-like connection we have gained through war.

We shall now begin our new manifesto, which shall facilitate agreement between the HMMLSDP, and the SPP, as representatives of their own causes united against the despicable Mustani status quo.

1. A Serbian Emperor shall be crowned upon the Island of Mu. He shall be crowned in symbols of resistance, representing the resilience of the people in getting this far.
2. In accordance with this new style of governance, the Federative Republic of Mu will be officially dissolved, with no reparations to politicians in order to make way for the Empire of Mu.
3. We shall adopt a federal system, based on religious boundaries. Catholics shall have rights in Catholic provinces, and Orthodox rights in Orthodox provinces. In provinces where a decision cannot be made, both shall be given rights.
4. The Serbian Patriarch and the Bishop of Rome shall both have a seat in the Parliament, but only hold power in their respective religious provinces.
5. Catholics and Orthodox Christians shall be given free travel across provinces, their rights shall be respected during their travels to allow easiness for local producers.
6. The Empire of Mu shall establish a comprehensive social welfare system, to ensure that all citizens, Catholic and Orthodox, have access to basic needs, such as healthcare, education, and housing. The welfare system will prioritize the needs of war veterans, the elderly, and families affected by the struggle for liberation, especially those in the Central region, which faced brutal devastation on the front lines.
7. The Empire shall implement land reforms aimed at redistributing land from parasitic landlords to small farmers. The government will also provide subsidies and technical support to farmers to boost local food production and ensure food security across all provinces. Land ownership has always been a significant issue, and now that we have the opportunity for restructuring, we must take it.
8. A council will be formed, with equal representation from both Catholic and Orthodox communities. This council will oversee development projects and law creation in accordance with religious settlement, ensuring that power is in the hands of both Orthodox and Catholic people.
9. Orthodoxy shall not be the only religion recognized as Serbian. Catholic Serbians shall also be considered our brothers.
10. The Empire will promote a shared Serbian identity that transcends religious boundaries, with the hope that one day these barriers will be dismantled. This includes the preservation and promotion of Serbian and Mustani cultural traditions.
11. The Empire will designate national parks and protected areas to safeguard the island's biodiversity. This shall also include a tax on impractical land usage to ensure that land reform maintains an element of merit.
12. All centers of education shall be required to teach the Serbian and Mustani languages first and other languages second, if expenditure permits.
13. We continue to demand struggle without consideration against those whose activities are injurious to the general interest. All national criminals, unjust profiteers, communists, and atheist intellectuals are to be punished with death, without exception.
14. All immigration of non-Orthodox and non-Catholic people must be prevented. Illegal immigration of these individuals shall warrant exile for betraying the people—an act comparable to treason.
15. We shall abolish unearned (work and labour) incomes so that nobody who contributes to the nation may enjoy a hedonic lifestyle but only live in precarity.
16. Only members of the nation may be citizens of the state. Only those in communion with God under the Orthodox/Catholic Banner (the banner of liberation), whatever their heretical creed, may be members of the nation. This means the exclusion of all non-Orthodox/Catholic individuals from public services, such as welfare and land reform.
17. Those without citizenship are to be able to live in the Empire of Mu only as guests. They may still labour, but there is no requirement for adherence to contracts by their opposite parties, as they are not citizens.
18. The Emperor shall have all power over the state, and all parties must swear loyalty to the Emperor for legal recognition. The President will be appointed by the Emperor, and the Prime Minister shall be appointed by the President.
19. All able-bodied men of the Empire over the age of 18, both Orthodox and Catholic, shall be required to serve in the Imperial Army for a period of no less than two years. This service is not only a duty but a sacred tradition, binding together the citizen, our heritage, and the Emperor.
20. The Empire of Mu shall uphold and promote the sanctity of the family, recognized as the fundamental unit of society. Marriage shall be defined as between a man and a woman, as agreed by Catholics and Orthodox Christians.
21. Abortion will be strictly prohibited, with the state providing support to families through social services. Similarly, euthanasia will be outlawed. Both shall be considered murder if performed.
22. Public decency laws will be enacted to ensure that the values upheld by Orthodox and Catholic teachings are reflected throughout society. This includes regulation of alcohol, gambling, and modesty in dressing.

Relations with Other Parties

HMMLSDP

The HMMLSDP and the Serbian People's Party have been in a coalition for a long time, and supported each other in the civil war.

Reactionary Party

The new SPP doctrine was made as a compromise between the Reactionary Party, the Serbian People's Party, and the HMMLSDP after the latter two's victory in the Mustani Civil War. This makes there be some ideological overlap. There is probably still some bitterness over the civil war though.

Skibidi Socialist Party of Mu

No official encounters, but ideological differences are clear.
