Economic

• Goods and services are to be exchanged directly without using money. The value of goods and services is determined by the parties involved in the exchange, and both sides must agree on what constitutes a fair trade. This system relies on mutual needs and the willingness to negotiate, working best in sall commnities where people can easily find matches for their needs.

• Private property would be owned and managed by family members collectively. Thsi includes real estate, businesses, and other assets, and decisions are made by family consensus.

• My ancestors had an economy based on farming, fishing, and trading. They grew crops like cassava, corn, and batatas, and they also fished and hunted. Trade was important, and they exchanged goods like food, pottery, woven items, and tools with nearby tribes like the Caribs and Arawaks. This trading helped them get things they couldn't find locally and built strong community ties. It would be ideal if we could return to this system.

• Local agricultural trade is a steady (enough) way for communities to make money (rather than stinky forced taxes and wars) and would help fund tribal events. It's better to be self-sufficient and not rely too much on outside markets, which makes communities stronger and more resilient.

• Village councils Are comprised of elected Nitainos, Elders, and other skilled individuals that have benefited the community. These village council will make important decisions for the community like diplomatic relations with neighboring communities and they would also make important political decisions.

• The Cacique holds the important responsibility of planning various events within their community. These events can range from public feasts to gatherings held in collaboration with neighboring communities. By organizing such events, the Cacique ensures that traditions are upheld and community bonds are strengthened.

Political

There won't be any social hierarchies. We'll dismantle concepts like the bourgeois and proletariat. Peole will live freely without the oppression of hierarchies. Everyone will have equal access to resources and opportunities, and there won't be power struggles. Removing these false divisions can create a community where people help each other instead of competting and exploiting one another.
