Artisan Socialism is a variant of 
socialism believing in a return to craftsmanship focused on 
locality. Its idea is the emphasis of the promotion of artisanal skills and an economy based on community.
It recognises the importance of preserving and passing down skills in communities which would form 
guilds based on their particular skill which would be transformed into an industry. It also wants the empowerment of individuals who are specialised at certain trades in order to foster a sense of pride in somebody's work.
Guilds - Guilds are a main feature of Artisan Socialism, which wishes for them to collaborate in order to build bottom-up production. These guilds are considered to emphasise participatory, decentralised decision making.
Markets - Artisan Socialism also wishes for local markets to exist, much like your local bakers did long ago before the dominance of large-scale machinery. This is where artisans/guildsmen (members of a guild) can sell products to their community or travellers from other communities. This would establish a direct connection between a community and the guilds within said community.
Education - Artisan Socialism wants the government to fund education programmes which would have their subjects influenced by the people within a community. Despite this influence, there would still exist core programmes which all schools would foster, such as English and Maths. Overall, the Education System would be a lot more about vocational training and work experience where all students would gain experience by working with guilds.
