I respectfully disagree with your cultural ideas. like, you state homosexuality existed premodernly, but in your analysis of like, all identities, you fail to account for conceptual understandings and their change over time. Homosexuality used to be purely thought of as well, a sexual thing, but now it most definitely takes on a romantic part as well. So then are you as a bisexual not romantically attracted to men (romantic attraction shouldn't exist according to you)?
Also, you say trans people did not exist in the past, which is incredibly wrong. You act like certain groups never existed just because they didn't exist in the way they do now, but as I pointed out even groups you're fine with didn't previously exist in the way they do now
anyways, no offense intended
