Plato's philosophy is centered around the idea that reality has two levels: the world we see around us, full of changing, imperfect things, and a higher, unchanging realm of perfect forms or ideas. He believed that everything we experience in the physical world (like beauty or justice) is just a shadow or reflection of these perfect forms, which exist beyond our senses.

For Plato, true knowledge comes from understanding these forms, not just the physical things we see. He thought that our souls recognize these forms from a kind of "memory," suggesting we knew them before we were born. This led Plato to focus on reason, as he believed it's through rational thinking, not just experience, that we come closer to understanding reality and the truth.

Plus he was Anti-Democracy, a Proto-Feminist and even Influenced Socialism.
