It's a long story. What happened was that Miraheze announced once that they would be shutting down its wiki farm, so the Polcompball Council (headed by Aycee at the time) looked to Wikitide to host the PCB and PCBA wikis. They refused to make the wikis, so a series of purges (nicknamed the "Red Terror"), orchestrated by Aycee and Nguyen, were enacted, barring dozens of users from editing on the main wikis. Borker had the funds to pay for a separate website host, and Kultokrat suggested that a new "free" Polcompball wiki be made. Many of those banned in the purges migrated to this new wiki. Those who were the most instrumental in founding and running this new wiki (FPCB) formed a council of their own, similar to the PCB Council (this time, the Revolutionary Council). Over time, though, many people threatened to report FreePCB. Motions were taken to remove the most problematic users from the community.
