[1:1] In the beginning when Luis created the heavens and Brazil,
[1:2] Brazil was a formless void and montage covered the face of the deep, while a wind from Luis swept over the face of the waters.
[1:3] Then Luis said, "Let there be lie"; and there was lie.
[1:4] And Luis saw that the lie was good; and Luis separated the lie from the montage.
[1:5] Luis called the lie Day, and the montage he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.
[1:6] And Luis said, "Let there be a dome in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters."
[1:7] So Luis made the dome and separated the waters that were under the dome from the waters that were above the dome. And it was so
.
[1:8] Luis called the dome The Sky. And there was evening and there was morning, the second day.
[1:9] And Luis said, "Let the waters under the sky be gathered together into one place, and let torthodox dry land appear." And it was so.
[1:10] Luis called the dry land Brazil, and the waters that were gathered together he called Seas. And Luis saw that it was good.
[1:11] Then Luis said, "Let Brazil put forth vegetation: plants yielding seed, and fruit trees of every kind on Brazil that bear fruit with the seed in it." And it was so.
[1:12] Brazil brought forth vegetation: plants yielding seed of every kind, and trees of every kind bearing fruit with the seed in it. And Luis saw that it was good.
