The Alliance of International Proletarian Parties was founded by the following motion of the First Congress of the Eighth Workingman's Internationale:
- Foundation of the "Alliance of International Proletarian Parties" allowing all parties in, that represent proletarian ideology and are tolerated by at least one member state of the Eighth Workingman's Internationale.
- To join a party could just join if they like to, parties have to be thrown out or have to be not allowed in explicitly previously or have to not follow a proletarian ideology, in order to keep them out
- The "Alliance of International Proletarian Parties" will see an assembly that will be decided upon later (anyone can propose a city ig) and will have its own party organisations, putting together parties with close ideologies (possible factions: socdems, MLs, anarchists, nationalists, parties close to the ideology of nation xy)
