The Council for Mutual Technoeconomic Assistance is a multilateral organization that aims to enhance the development and technological progress of its member states. Each member state contributes a portion of its state budget to crowdfund projects of economic investment and jointly fund technological inventions. While the organization primarily focuses on civilian goods, it also invests on a smaller scale in military equipment parts. The Council maintains a neutral stance towards all blocks and countries and operates with the primary objective of improving the lives of populations and enhancing the capabilities of its member countries. Monthly meetings are held in Moscow to discuss and decide on the most efficient means of investment and development.
Provisions
The Card of the Council for Mutual Technoeconomic Assistance
Preamble
The Member States of this Treaty, desiring to improve the lives of their populations and increase the capabilities of their countries to the point that there is no one hegemon in the world, have agreed to the following provisions:
Article 1 - Financial Obligations
- Member states shall contribute 0.5% of their annual GDP to the crowdfunding of investments that aim to develop member states equally.
- The contributions shall be transferred to a designated account under the control of the Council for Mutual Technoeconomic Assistance.
Article 2 - Decision-making and Coordination
- Member states shall work together in a council to decide how to most efficiently develop member states economy/technological level.
- The Council for Mutual Technoeconomic Assistance shall serve as the primary forum for member states to discuss their economic and technological development goals.
Article 3 - Trade Relations
- Member states shall refrain from imposing blockades on each other, except in extraordinary situations such as conflict.
- The Council for Mutual Technoeconomic Assistance shall serve as a platform for member states to discuss and resolve trade disputes between them.
Article 4 - Preservation of Unique Socioeconomic Systems
- Member states shall work to preserve and respect the unique socioeconomic systems of other member states.
- The Council for Mutual Technoeconomic Assistance shall take into account the unique characteristics of each member state's socioeconomic system when proposing joint development projects.
Article 5 - Ratification
- This Treaty shall be open for signature by any state willing to join the Council for Mutual Technoeconomic Assistance.
