The Lwów Peoples Republic (LRN) emerged as a state following the power vacuum that arose with the collapse of the Republic of Ukraine. It was established by the Zabójcy Zła organization. Upon declaring independence in 2026, the LRN engaged in a struggle to gain control over the western regions of Ukraine, facing opposition from the State of Ukraine, NATO governance of Khmelnychchyna-Ternopil, and the Ivano-Frankivsk Peoples Republic.
Ultimately, the LRN achieved victory in the battle for control over western Ukraine and subsequently entered into a union with the 4th Republic, culminating in the formation of the Polish Social Nationalist Republic. The regime that emerged in this period was characterized by the military's significant influence, exerting almost total control over the country and channeling the region's resources predominantly towards military production. This development laid the foundation for the Polish Armaments industry, which has since become one of the largest in the world.
However, it is important to acknowledge that the regime implemented oppressive measures against the native Ukrainian population. These actions included the imposition of the Polish language and the implementation of unsustainable minimum wage levels, creating challenging conditions for the local population.
