Uriankhai-chan, commonly referred to as Uri is a humanised anime interpretation of 
The Free Territory of Uriankhai. She is a 17 to 18 year old girl.
History
Uriankhai-Chan was created in 2034 by a forum user from Kyzyl by the name of @УМеняБолятЯйца. He said that he was okay with other people building upon his character. Soon she became a community-supported de-facto mascot of Uriankhai, with many people building upon her lore. She is insanely popular in Uriankhai, especially among young men because who else would like her.
Appearance and Behaviour
Uriankhai-Chan has long dark brown hair and hazel eyes. She wears a fur Tubeteika, a gray coat, gray skirt and black thigh-high socks. She also wears a brown belt with suspenders. Her hair colour and choice of torso wear is inspired by Nestor Makhno, as confirmed by @УМеняБолятЯйца. A lot of artists also give her a black armband on her left arm with the flag of the Revolutionary Insurgent Army of Ukraine(Makhnovshchina).
A lot of her personality traits were agreed upon by the fan community surrounding the character. She is an ambivert that prefers to go unnoticed, but she can become very talkative when she's comfortable. A fan theory suggests her closedness around people she doesn't know all too well is because of psychological trauma from the Battle of Omsk, which was an Uriankhaian defeat in real life, and led to a chaotic retreat to Altai.
She is usually seen hanging out with her extroverted confident best friend BOAK-chan, with whom her relationship is mostly platonic, mostly[1].
Uriankhai-Chan likes Tea, especially if it's in a glass with a metal handle, like stereotypically in trains. She also enjoys Kvass, which, despite not being alcoholic, can make her drunk as hell.
According to a part of the community surrounding her, she is also Buddhist, yet it's not as accepted as her other traits.
