Government System
Social Unitary State with national autonomies
The Polish Nation should follow the same social laws stated by the Kultokrat(and therefore his ministers minus the minister of economy) and the constitution, Other Nations within the Polish Federation (Kashubians, Silesians, Sorbians, Rusyns) should follow the same laws as the constitution but anything that is not in the constitution should be left to their representatives and the Kultokrat’s of their nations, in the Future as we (hopefully) incorporate western Ukraine this will become even more important for the stability of our nation.
Economic Local Populism
The Województwa will follow largely the same borders but slightly changed for the purpose of autonomy for other nations and more historically accurate boundaries. The Województwa will have special autonomies for what they do with the economy. The elected minister of economy (only elected position within the government) will help manage the links between the Województwa and set certain limits on what they can and can’t do. Aside from that the Województwa will be
allow to set whatever economic policy the elected representatives in the region want. For the purpose of keeping
the government afloat and able to administer there will be a certain amount of money the Województwo needs to commit to the national treasury which will be calculated by taking the population of the Województwo over the national population and taking the budget necessary for function and dividing it by the answer Wójewództwo population/National population = X
Budget necessary/X = what the Województwo needs to contribute.
Foreign policy
Great Powers
In the long term Poland should balance the three great powers between them and profit from their fighting over influence in our land, Poland despite maybe not being the most important nation in the world still stands at an important crossroad between east and west and especially if we bundle up in a Visegrad or 3seas political union to jointly ping pong the powers against each other we can benefit greatly. However with how the recent events have developed its important to in the short term stand with Russia against the Neo-Banderist state of Ukraine and to reclaim our historical occupied territory of Galicia, we should also reconcile our differences with Belarus as they have been a nation along with Russia that have been fighting American domination in Europe and so therefore should be respected. America is a bad influence on the world spreading degeneracy and the new progressivist/internationalist world order.
Global Nationalism
Aside from the great powers Poland should help foreign nationalist movements abroad as a measure in safeguarding nationalist ideological dominance in the world, there is one flaw with authoritarian regimes and it’s that they tend to have issues once the previous leader has died but why didn’t this happen with the Soviet Union or the new American order leaders? Well the answer is that because it was globally taboo to switch to anything else that was far from these beliefs and so that nation would be left with no allies if it did. If we achieved the same type of global dominance with Nationalism then the death of the leader would not be as impactful. Also despite our people being the most important in the world to our government it is good to help other people to, not everyone will have a stable competent nationalist government even though everyone deserves it and so we should help others once we have helped ourselves.
Border and Immigration/Refugee policy
Immigration should only come from culturally close (and therefore usually geographically close) nations to us and only the most needed and skilled workers should be allowed into our nation to make sure that our people are given more job opportunities. We only have one Poland and so pushes to ‘share our nation’ is quite literally treachery, our nation belongs to us as other people’s nations belong to them. It is mutually beneficial for people to stay in their own nations. Whilst also being hard to enter it should also be mandatory for Immigrants to integrate into the Polish culture and society and if they commit serious crimes they should be deported back to their origin country, we do not want troublemakers here. One type of immigration here we should encourage is repatriation of Poles from countries such as the UK or the US back to us, our population is small compared to some of our neighbours and we need every man and woman we can to work and protect the fatherland. When it comes to refugees they should go to the nearest safe country they can if they are allowed and stay there rather than fleeing half way across the world or something like that, no countries should be ever obliged to take any refugees in and it should only be done if it is seen as possible without causing any problems to the local population, also refugees should be kept separate from the rest of society and sent back once the region they are from is stable enough.
In the future I can see a lot of right wing refugees coming from western countries that will have destroyed their society into a globalist slush coming to Poland, and it would be good to help such good moral people.
Economics
Constitutional rights and regulations
Aside from what is mentioned up above in the Government system section there should be a few things that stay permanently part of the economy of the state. Things that will protect the average worker from being exploited by some upper class that might of coerced the electorate. Things such as maximum hour work day, minimum wage, Safety regulations, property ownership, ect. This will make it that neither laisse faire economy nor communist economy is possible to follow, which will mean that generally the Województwa will follow a range of economic systems spanning from mild socialism to a lightly regulated market according to the peoples will.
Minister of Economy
The minister of economy is the only elected position in social nationalism, the rest of the council of ministers that helps the Kultokrat run the country are appointed by the Kultokrat. The Minister of Economy under the Kultokrat’s supervision will dictate international economic policy such as Barriers to Trade, Partnership in trading blocks and Trade itself. How the election for the minister of economy works is the same as the election for the president of the republic of Poland works at the moment but with the STV voting system. The candidates will be chosen from different economic think tanks (so that the most specialist ministers are elected) and then once a candidate wins they will function like the other kultokrat’s ministers under the control of the constitution and supervision of the Kultokrat.
Societal policy
LGBT issues
It can be respectable for homosexual relations to happen in private and secret but things such as pride marches or pride month are making the issue too political. Children should not be exposed or taught about Homosexuality or Sexuality in general, that should be up to the parents and usually teenagers discover such things by themselves through their friends or experiences. Generally Heteronormatiy should be encouraged in society with subtle things such as homosexuals not being included in advertisements or media or schools not being allowed to bring up the existence of homosexual people. Homosexuality should technically be legal but seriously taboo and avoided especially in the presence of children, it is not only unnatural but also unhelpful to our population decline and national stability. Transgenderism should not exist, a person will remain the gender they are assigned at birth and will not be considered otherwise until they undergo surgery which they can only chose to do after 15 years of age and will not be state funded in any way shape or form. The language should not be altered to accommodate for people who want to pretend they are some kind of other gender and nothing but Male and Female shall be recognised as real, legal documents will only print/use and accept she/her(Female, Woman) and he/him(Male, Man).
Animal rights
Animals should have some universal rights that cannot be impeded upon such as inhumane testing be banned and special protections upon animals that are close to extinction.
Speech
The free speech policies that should be implemented can be said to be the opposite of what they are now. The public should be able to discredit the government to an extent but nothing that will be harmful to the security of the nation, you should be able to say “I think the Kultokrat is handling the issue badly, here is how it should be..." and/or “The Kultokrat is an idiot because...” but not “I wish to see the Government replaced”and/or “I am looking for people to stage a revolution with”whilst there would be no discrimination laws and everyone would be allowed to judge or comment on each other however they want. This would go both ways and if someone is being discriminatory in nature and speech then you have full right to do the same back, this would build a mutual trust and respect between people as everyone will do as they wish and people generally will try to avoid conflict. You also will not be legally able to be fired for saying anything discriminatory and will be allowed to hire with any requirements you wish. This includes Holocaust revisionism.
Ethnicity and culture
Religion
Poland will keep and follow its catholic traditions and the people within the country whether ethnically Polish or immigrants will have to follow them too, Churches will also not be taxed however there will be a government agency which will look into the corruption of the church and make sure it is loyal. Other than that generally the state will be secular and all religions will be allowed to be follow with religious clothing banned in public however no extra accommodations needed or places of worship will be made by government, citizenry will have to do that privately. The state will only look after the maintenance of historic churches.
Cultural Unity
Poland shall remain the Polish culture and nothing will ever be allowed to change that. In the minority regions the same shall be enforced, Kashubia will remain Kashubian, Silesia Silesian, ect, ect. Foreign films and cartoons(including anime) to enter the country shall have a Polish translation and there would be a limit on how many English songs can be played on radio, there is a mass Anglo cultural imperialism happening globally and we must combat this. Also if any flag is to be flown it has to be flown along the Polish flag and underneath it, Pride flags and flags of unfriendly countries are not allowed in Public(you can own them for collection purposes but not to fly).
Ethnicity
Despite being not as important as culture the ethnic makeup of Poland is still important to protect, not violently or excessively but generally it’s important for Polish people in the long term to stay genetically over 80% Polish and so immigration should be limited especially from very different countries to preserve our people. This should not be done excessively or be heavily written into legislation but generally the current population of Poland needs to look out for their predecessors and make sure they inherit a country that makes them feel like they are a part of a larger whole a larger national collective because if they do not they will feel alienated and alone and will struggle with socialising. The future Kultokrats should also take this into account in their rule and bend legislation to preserve our people.
Family
A strong nuclear family is important in the makeup of the state, it is not penultimate to its maintenance as the new righters might say but it is still important for the mental health and wellbeing of the future generations. The youth of the country decide the nation’s future and so by keeping our youth healthy is a good priority to have. Abortion shall be banned and if a woman wants to get rid of a child then she can give birth to it and then hand it over to state facilities where the child will be raised into a model citizen and be educated in special patriotic and military education. Adoption would still be an option but it would be discouraged as there is not enough demand for children.
State services
Military
[W]e should invest heavily into the military, the current 2% (of GDP) budget is not enough and especially as state that is hostile to the new American order we will need to be able to protect ourselves, plus we need to have an army strong enough to defeat the neo-banderist state to our east and reclaim back our land. I am no expert on this but focusing more on drones and unmanned vehicles/aircraft would be good as to minimise human losses in combat. We need to purge our army of lazy and incompetent men and put it back into healthy shape; I am unsure on how to do this however and would leave it to the top generals/a minister of military.
Education
The youth needs to be educated in national, social collectivism and traditionalism. Genders will have separate extra lessons with girls cooking lessons and boys ‘military’ lessons. Honesty, discipline, work ethic and unity would be encouraged too to create a good and efficient future society. It is important to influence the youth into being as nationalists as the politically minded of the nation and to understand what the government and the previous generations have done for them, history would become a very important and respected subject. Education should be public (but doesn’t have to be due to Województwo autonomy) and mandatory, home schooling being illegal and private schooling being regulated to follow the same programme as the public ones[.]
Healthcare
Healthcare would be up to the individual Województwo’s so it can either provide it itself for the people or leave it up to the market, However healthcare companies no matter private or public will have to be regulated in terms of safety concerns also individuals which live in one Województwo cannot travel to the next to receive free healthcare there, your id will be linked to your place of residence and you are to have your id with you at all times. If an emergency happens and you need to be treated then you will be but for non-emergency cased showing your id is mandatory.
State dating app
There should be a state ‘dating app’ which helps in the formation of families for the future; it should work about the same as the current dating apps with much more real life capabilities and easier regulation. The state knows if you’re underage or not and knows your real information and so it would be made sure that your information is accurate to maximise the efficiency of the service Positive statements would be tested and normative ones would be left alone. The state can also arrange places to meet and dine.
Intelligence
There should be an overarching intelligence agency with multiple functions called “zjednoczone ministerstwo inteligencji” and the physical enforcers behind this would be the ZZ “Zabójcy Zła.” The two different components of the ZMI would be:
“inteligencja anty-progresywna” Anti-progressivist intelligence (Agency tasked with the removal of people that are unfriendly to our country and ideology) with “działania międzynarodowe”International actions (agency tasked with the removal of people that are unfriendly to our country in other countries and potentially toppling unfriendly government as well as supplying potential resistance to unfriendly governments) under it “wywiad dla ochrony Polski” Intelligence for the protection of Poland (Internal ministry tasked with protecting the national security of Poland) with “ministerstwo wojny” ministry of war (Military intelligence of nations we are at war with) under it there would be a third component “ministerstwo cywilne”civilian ministry (agency with rooting out resistance and domestic problems) that would fall under the jurisdiction of both IAP and WDOP.
GS
The GS “Grupa Szturmowa” would become defunct (except for bodyguard roles and ascension into the army) upon our seizure of the state but beforehand it would serve as a paramilitary group that would promote the social nationalist ideology, protect the people from idle/aggressive/incompetent police, stage marches and enact change through protest, block the passage of certain bills via protest and promote local community activates.
Path to establishment
Anything goes
Now this is when this goes from ideological to almost personal. I have certain plans and motions in place to place the Social Nationalist flag in Warsaw and maybe even in Lwów, maybe even in Washington. But certainly there is one thing I don’t have and that is a final and fault proof plan as I have no idea what will happen in the future, I am returning to Poland very soon at the time of writing this and there I will go to university to study international relations. At university I plan to meet likeminded people as well as through the local community although I doubt there would be many nationalists in Szczecin (My family couldn’t have picked a less liberal area to escape to from Drohobycz couldn’t they?) regardless I hope to get my face out there. I want Hubert Ziółkowski to be known, partially due to my own enjoyment from the concept but partially because Poland needs it. From there I plan to set up the Grupa Szturmowa and Zabójcy zła and start their activates, after years pass and hopefully the GS is known more and more we can start running in local elections and then in Województwo elections and then national elections until we finally win, from there we would rewrite the constitution (legally or not I don’t care!) and finally put our poor little Poland on the right path after years of German, then Soviet, then American domination. If the electoral path doesn’t work and the American thwart our attempts with their institutionalised control then a revolution/coup will be the only option, potentially one staged with Russian arms or adjacent to a Russian invasion. Generally I hope we do not have to resort to violence but if that is what we must use then so be it. As my Slovak friend invented Sława narodu everyone.
