National conservatism means strong borders. It means being against mass and illegal immigration. Not national conservative. It would be more accurate to say religious and social conservative and reactionary liberalism. There are 5% Turanians in Turkey. As a Turkish/Turkey nationalist, I don't like them either. They are racist, expansionist, romantic nationalists. They live in a fantasy world. For me, the priority is the citizens of Turkey, the people of Turkey.
Ok man you right.İt's not National Conservative.I just numb by reputation of AKP government outside.Is not like Aut-Right facismo.It's just right-wing conservative who do little good if any in post-2016.Yes,there is a time that AKP was very good,even sometimes proggressive.Why,because people around the RTE was actual good politicians (Ali Babacan etc.)2011-2016 is a very between is...weird.After 2016 coup seats which now empty (because FETÖ) are fill by MHP people or weak right-wing politicians (Süleyman Soylu etc.)And like i said,i hate RTE.I not trying defend the guy,i just clarify thing that non-turkish media are depict wrong.(BTW,if you have a time,research 90's politics in Turkey.Is pretty wild.)
There has never been a progressive time. Not all of the things you mentioned were good. The 90s are 1000 times better.
