Whereas individualism (and to an extreme extent egoism) may ignore or even deny the community and collectivism may ignore or even deny the 'individual', individualist cnllectivism rectifies both of these issues by following a strange sort of belief in-between these two doctrines.
"InCol", as it will called from now on, believes that the individual is an independent part of society (the 'collective'), and that it can do as it pleases within the constrains of the idea of the common good over the individual good; that is the benefit of the many (collectivism) outweighs the personal (individualism), while not denying personal responsibility and losses (individualism) or right to the produce of one's work (also individualism).
It ultimately operates in a collectivist framework, as the collective (Volksgemeinschaft) ultimately remains supreme over the individual, but it doesn't reject the individual and at times supports individualism.
